Do not buy from any JOA - including JOA UK; it is a scam. Their website states deliveries to the UK come from the UK and will arrive within 24 hours. This isn’t true. Their deliveries come from China. Once you realise you have been scammed and you try to contact them, there is no reply from them no matter how many times you email them. You only discover you have been scammed when your item (In my case and the case of 2 other friends, a dog’s donut bed) does not arrive within the period of time promised at the time of purchase. We have been waiting so far for almost 3 weeks. The beds have not arrived and the retailer is not responding to any of our emails. We do not know when and if the beds will ever arrive.

Oh I wish I would have known! The orthopaedic bed is too small and lumpy....orthopaedic?!
For return I would have to pay £10 but they are wanting my bank details in China?! Not happening, will have to live with this big mistake. Wrong size description for both items I ordered and worst quality imaginable. Avoid!

I ordered a dog bed - it arrived quickly but was totally the wrong size and would not fit my dog (it was the "right" size recommended on their website). To get a refund I need to return it to China and pay £10! Total scam - do not use! I wish I had read this website and the reviews before I purchased the item.

Items are shipped from China, not UK as stated. Sizes are widely inaccurate -I ordered something marketed for a Labrador and you’d be lucky if it fit a Jack Russell! Have tried to return but I have to pay tracked shipping to China to get a refund! Avoid at all costs.

I wish there was a zero option. Item was absolutely useless, a fleece for my puppy. Quality was terrible, wouldn't fit a hamster. Please avoid at all costs. Asked for refund as item was faulty, return address was China postage around a tenner!! The item was just short of that. No response to emails.

Not a choice to give 0. Website states 3 days delivery. Still not received 18 days later. No refund just fobbed off all the time

DO NOT USE JOA WEBSITE, THEY ARE A FULL ON CHINESE CON SHOW, BUY SOMETHING AT YOUR PERIL, THIS COMPANY WILL SEND GOODS WEEKS LATER, THEN WHEN YOU GET THE GOODS, THEY WILL BE NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED. THEY SAY YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK, BUT YOU DONT. PAYPAL HAVE NO POWER AT ALL AS THY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY AND THAT MEANS HELL!!

Please do not order from this company. I ordered a medium dog harness, received it well after the expected delivery date. It was smaller than the small harness I already had.
I don’t have access to a laptop/printer to download the returns form. I emailed them 4-5 times stating this and asked could they post out a hard copy of the return form but they said their returns department said no??
I have never dealt with a company like this so please please please do not order from this company.
The harness was £14.99 and next time I will check out the reviews before I order.
This company should be avoided at all costs.

I ordered a flea collar for the dog. They did not meet the delivery deadline. It should have arrived in two working days. I went on holiday without the collar. They had a delay of 15 days. When I contacted them they sent me automatic replies.
The dog collar arrived but there are no ingredients on the package. I don't trust using it.

Shocking…. please everyone, don’t use this company. They’re total scammers and have absolutely no intention of fulfilling your order. I’ve unfortunately been taken in by them but please, please don’t give them your money.

This website is a scam.
I have been waiting 2 months for my order. Now I received a notice from the Spanish (even thought I live in Portugal) customs and I have to pay duties, the website mislead me to thinking it was Portuguese otherwise I would not have ordered.
They don't reply to emails.
