Guys please please please don’t order anything from here please I never get my order

Don’t order from here. I never received my order. I sent an email to the business, which told me I’d get a faster response if I sent a direct message to them via Instagram. I did this and no response to either was received. I was pleasant in all my communication, was still met with silence. Meanwhile, it was over a month since I’d place my order and the owner was actively posting on her personal page, personal stories, business pages and business stories, even promoting a new jewelry drop when mine had still not been shipped. I even left a comment on a business post, which was ignored. Unprofessional and unreliable

I did receive my order. However, nothing was received as pictured. Everything was extremely poor quality. Every last piece was something from the free aisle of a beauty supply store. Nothing was worth more than two dollars.I'm not overexagating, waste your money if you want to. I've reached out to the company.I've heard nothing.

I'm only giving this business two stars because I actually received two out of the three packages I ordered. It has been over a month for the last order I made and they are not responsive. I first ordered this package on Jun 23, it's July 24 and nothing. I reached out a couple of times only to get some generic email in return that didn't explain where my order is. Then, I got notified that the label was created. That was on July 14, but there hasn't been any movement on the package yet. Basically, it has been in pre-shipment for days and hasn't been dropped off yet. I reached out via email again and then again on Instagram, where the business owner, Jonnell Chavez is very active, and have not heard anything. I understand that it's a small business and sometimes things take time, and would love it if I got an explanation, but ignoring customers is wack. Never again. Do not shop this business.

THEY ARE A SCAM! This is a fraudulent Instagram vendor who says she’s black owned but she is calling black people ignorant in her DMs.

After placing a CAD $190+ order over a month ago, which as of right now has NOT been processed talk less of shipping, I emailed Jonnell Chavez; the ordinary Instagram vendor who operates under “Junction” or “jnct.co”, a company that sells only fake jewellery plated products that will make your skin peel and burn, their artworks are also non-existent.

After sending an initial email at the end of May; I only received a response from Chavez on June 7th saying it will be sent within the week. I have gotten NO OTHER NOTIFICATION from her or her fraudulent company since then.

Meanwhile I still receive promotional emails and see her VERY ACTIVE on social media- which makes sense; she’s not a business owner, she’s just an ordinary Instagram vendor/scammer with AliBaba as a supplier.

After trying to get her attention to my order; sending multiple messages on her business and private page on Instagram plainly telling her to refund or send my order; here’s the message I was sent:

“Call the police like you said you would or file a claim but I am absolutely not dealing with how ignorant you are. This is ridiculous and out-of-pocket” - Jonnell Chavez; June 25th @ 5:11pm.

Order at your own peril. She doesn’t think she needs your money nor business so you will receive nothing and Jonnell Chavez will tell you are ignorant for spending your money on her shop.
