The ladies in customer service are awesome. I just bought my first JM4 Tactical magnetic holster, a Roughneck. Being more familiar with “traditional” custom formed leather holsters, I was unfamiliar with the fit of the Roughneck holster. They talked me through me misunderstandings and concerns, explaining how the magnet will indeed hold me revolver. I’m in the break-in process and look forward to carrying my J-frame in my new JM4 Tactical Roughneck magnetic holster.

I love the idea of a leather holster inside the waistband. I haven’t tried it out yet, so will see how it carries when I go for tactical training. Over all I am happy with the magnetic holster.

I love the holster for my j frame. I wish you guys would make them to accommodate weapon lights so that I can buy one for my EDC firearm.

Great holsters! Got one for my Echelon with optic and it works and fits perfectly. Getting ready to order one for my Sig P226 Legion with optic.

Bought my third holster from JM4, on the clearance sale event. Selected my firearm from the drop down menu, and the product shipped was way too big for it.
I reached out and let them know about it, and told them that this particular firearm actually fit ok in one of my other holsters. They have offered a full refund, but no exchange as "overstock has run out". Fair enough, but the mistake wasn't mine. A full refund doesn't sound bad, right? Well, the difference in price is more than 25%. I'd end up spending $33 more.

I had them clarify this over a phone call, as this was the size selection by the website drop down menu, that there was no other way around it, and mentioned that I obviously would've gotten the right size when they did have the options in stock.
The whole back and forth felt so wrong, as I was trying to fix something, and not have them take this particular firearm model off the options (it's no available anymore on menu), instead of facing a standoffish customer service team.

They have a great product, I wish the team had a better attitude, specially for a Christian company. I'm pretty torn as they're a niche product that I like, but I'd rather give my dollars to companies that have accountability.

Great products, very comfortable! The magnets provide good retention. I will never go back to kidex for IWB holsters again. Will get more IWB holster from here for my other pistols. Fully recommend JM4 Tactical!

Carry my gen 6 Glock, 9mm. Very comfortable

No more trying to get my plastic holster on and off my belt. This is way easier and 100 times more comfortable. Also wearing it with shorts and no belt is a bonus that I couldn’t do before

Great holster, tried other brands that Facebook gets you to buy into and found out there are good companies and scammers out there

This holster is very useful and comfortable to wear. Truly, you can use it as a regular holster for jeans, or while wearing just a pair of shorts and a T-shirt. I just bought two to try them with two of my rotation EDC guns. After using them for several days, I decided to purchase more for my other guns.
