My product took four weeks from placing an online order to getting to the doorstep. They did say that they were backed up After I sent an inquiry five days post purchase.
I foolishly inserted an alkaline battery.(wrong voltage) Nothing works! I thought I was scammed. How could this be? I thought to myself.…. the product felt so high-quality in my hand. It felt sturdy. The switch was distinct and heavy-duty. How could this not work? I sent them an email, and they responded quickly. I went to the battery store and got the correct battery, and all is well. Bravo I highly recommend Jlasers.

Webshooter broke, we never got a reply
Jlasers Webshooter broke in 1hr. Simply got dropped, when a friend handed it back to my son. We wrote three emails, asking to please send us a spare part, so we could fix it. Our 7 year old waited for this thing for three months. Never even got an answer.
