Fire door closers

Mark Hudson came to site to sort out issues with our door closers, he knew what he was talking about regarding the problems and rectified them quickly. Would have him back on site any day to help us.

I used the online messaging service

I used the online messaging service, which was quick, a little too quick as I was on a phone call whilst waiting for someone to answer me, they did so whilst I was talking, and I missed them. They did not wait; however, they redeemed themselves by picking up my next message quickly.
The call handler was quick, efficient and booked an engineer to be with us within 24 hours.

Zero Star - Avoid at All Costs

If I could give a zero star, I would. The company is so completely underhanded in its tactics of upselling. They will cold-call, imply that services are due when they are not, and then charge companies for 'extra' cleans we've never requested.

Terrible service

Terrible service, engineer ignaored all booking in protocol, never spoke to anyone
Claimed machine was working and was not so recall now in place
Claimed another machine dryer was not JLAs but they are under contract so recall for this as well

We recently had an auto-dosing system…

We recently had an auto-dosing system installed by Russ from JLA, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Russ was incredibly professional, arriving on time and getting the job done with zero fuss. He took the time to explain exactly how the system works and ensured everything was calibrated perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a technician who is as efficient as they are knowledgeable. Highly recommend his services!
