Truly I would give 0 stars if possible. Every single thing they fitted in our bathroom has been defective, poorly installed or cutting corners.

After the first thing started leaking and didn't get resolved properly we went to another plumber, who has since discovered a whole set of issues. Old pipes, leaky connections using the wrong size connectors. Can't find them on Trading Standards Buy With Confidence to report them but so just a warning to anyone considering them, have another think if you want your plumbing to last!

Fantastic service; I can't recommend JK Powerflush enough. I had a leaking toilet where there was a constant dribble of water from the cistern to the bowl. I put in a Checkatrade request on Sunday evening and first thing on Monday morning they called and said that they had a space available today if that would suit. That was perfect - they arrived bang on time, had the parts they needed and did the whole job in just a few minutes. They were polite and friendly and I didn't even have a chance to offer them a cup of tea! Wholeheartedly recommend based on today's experience.

Awful from start to finish, wrong products ordered, spoken to inappropriately, I was sent rude texts and emails, responsibility for their mistakes was not accepted.
Mastic had to be completely removed and replaced as it was so awful. Respect was not shown for my property, I had to ask for dust sheets to be put down after I cleaned my entire kitchen twice. A large amount of paint was spilled on my driveway, this was then splashed up the side of my car with a pressure washer, the drive wasn’t put back to it’s original condition. Empty food packets left on top of a full skip bag, foxes pulled it all out on to my neighbours garden. The sink tap leaks from the ball joint, the bath taps are loose and cannot be tightened as the bath panel has been fully sealed in.
I have photos to prove all of the above, and to add further insult, an extra invoice was sent after agreeing the original quotation, after paying the first invoice in full I am being threatened with court action over the second disputed invoice, which citizen’s advice are aware of.
The sink and bath taps are current issues, these cannot be resolved by tradesmen that are threatening me with court action, I am left with an unsatisfactory bathroom renovation that took me 2 years to save the money for.
*The response below mentions slander, it’s only slander if it isn’t truthful, which is interesting because the company reply contains multiple lies, which is extremely unprofessional. All you need to know if you are reading this is to avoid at all costs, I would not want anyone else to suffer.

JK Powerflush completely re furbished my main bathroom and it was a huge success. From start to finish the process was clear, time frames were set out and met , whilst the work was carried out with attention to detail and great professionalism.
Kyle briefed me in the morning, and de briefed again in the evening so I always knew how it was going, and what the plan the next day was.
I thought having a bathroom refurb would turn my house upside down whilst I was working from home, but the team delivered this with reliability, tidiness, friendliness and always on hand with their expert work and skill in their trade.
They were a pleasure to have in my home and work really hard. I am delighted with the beautiful transformation, result and the competitive rates. I Would HIGHLY recommend for all plumbing work, they are outstanding.

Jim and Kyle did a fantastic job with our radiators and installing a negative head pump in our loft. They are lovely guys ... fast, professional and friendly and kept us well informed at all times. We will definitely be using them again for a kitchen and bathroom conversion we have planned, especially knowing that they also cover the building and plastering etc. Top team!

Kyle correctly identified the issue - which was more electrical than plumbing - over the phone. He’s been in the business for over 20 years so was confident he could fix it. He was late, but let me know in advance, did the work and left the place as he found it. Would definitely call him again if necessary and recommend him to others.

Some plumbing firms may sound cheaper but will not match Powerflush for the full works carried out by real professional engineers with the full equipment.

I asked JK Powerflush UK to fix the low water pressure on my hot taps and shower. They diagnosed an expansion vessel issue and new one needed. So far so good. Having supposedly fixed the problem I asked them to return as the pressure remained low and only occasionally worked properly.
They returned, said it was now fixed. Sadly, shortly afterwards no or low pressure on taps/shower again. My query about this resulted in a terse email stating I had received a new vessel as agreed. Not quite £252 worth I think. The vessel costs less than £30 as shown on invoice. Too weary to battle anymore. A nice bunch of guys but scroll on if you want a more reliable service.

Jim has done an excellent job. He is very efficient and punctual. I will definitely use him again.
