JJRM Flooring Ltd Reviews

We recently reached out to JJRM Flooring with a clear scope in mind. We wanted a wow factor within our home and I can happily say they acheived that.

Callum had really good ideas via email and provided us a quotation.

We were then promptly met by Ried who carried out the site survey and brought over samples. His knowledge on flooring is far beyond any other flooring company in London we met.

The fitters were amazing and worked really effectively the projext and cleaned up evreyday at the end. - Our new J2 flooring looks incredible.

Great team and a great company to work with all round.

Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for flooring

Over the past year, we’ve undertaken a major renovation of our flat, working with numerous tradespeople across multiple companies. Finding a professional, reliable team has been far more challenging than we ever expected. Just as we were beginning to lose hope, we had the great fortune of discovering JJRM Flooring, and they have completely restored our faith in the industry.

JJRM has been nothing short of exceptional. Professional, courteous, knowledgable, skilled and highly communicative (a rarity, believe me), they have provided an unparalleled level of service. What truly sets them apart is their genuine care for their customers and their unwavering pride in their work. They’ve gone above and beyond, not just to deliver a flawless new floor, but to ensure the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and of the highest standard.

It’s incredibly refreshing to find a company that upholds such high standards with integrity and professionalism.

A huge thank you to Reid and the entire team at JJRM Flooring for their outstanding work. We couldn’t be happier, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of expert flooring services.

We can't wait to work with them on the next project!

Thanks again from Ian and Jess.

Big shoutout to Ried who was very patient with us, we had asked him over a million questions and answered them very well. We had used these guys for our LVT Flooring earlier in the year and decided we wanted new carpets and all I can say is I’m double impressed. I wish them all the best!

These boys have been brilliant! Nothing is too much for them and they helped every step of the way

These guys are the best! It was so easy to communicate with them and get the look I really wanted, they answered any and every question I had confidently and made the whole process super simple. I would 100% use them again and will be recommending them to everyone I know !

Great floor company they were able to advise on what would work. Tidy and polite. Excellent finish on the floor. Highly recommend

From start to finish the whole team were amazing. They were able to offer advice on the best flooring options for our use and budget. Very knowledgeable and polite throughout the whole process. The job was completed on time and the end result was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Have to say this company has dealt with us amazingly. From the design meeting with Ried who was very informative and grabbed our vision perfectly to our fitter Jason who clean, tidy and professional. Great craftsmanship all round🥰

JJRM Flooring Ltd very professional and great IT systems to make dealing with them really easy. I was contacted by Josiah to discuss the job and Mike came out onsite to look at the job. Both Josiah and Mike were very knowledge about the difference between sisal and wool carpet and the different processes required to lay them. Mike who did the work was also able to trim down a door for an additional £20 saving me time to get another trade in to do that minor job. I provided the good quality sisal and they provided underlay and gripper. I liked the fact that we were notified and reminded of the installation date and I was able to pay by credit card. One person laid 30sq meters of sisal in one day. They did a beautiful job. Would recommend them.
