Their apps are removed from AppStore. Email support is silent for weeks.

One of the worst customer support solutions you can have. Mobile SDK is broken on iOS, and their support is very slow in finding solutions. Most of our complaints about their bugs just get ignored. Web chat UI is constantly loading and refreshing. Webhooks for Slack are not working properly. There are many better and cheaper solutions on the market.

I was a customer for 5 years as of today's date. When I first signed up, customer service was prompt and always great. Over the years that declined, not only did the level of service begin to decline, each year the price would increase $20-$30. Now as of today without any headsup, wiithout any warning, they increased their prices over 250%. I reached out about this letting them know why wasn't I aware, you don't just increase prices without letting your loyal clients know. They basically told me they don't care. So after all these years, I am parting ways. I went from paying $140 a year to now they are trying to charge me $450 a year.

And BEFORE you lie and say you notified customer of this change, I have screen recorded proof no emails where sent out

Honestly no other app could offer what they offer at their price. We're mostly using it for the Whatsapp integration, and chat statistics to better manage my communication channels.

I use Jivo in my website and especially the WhatsApp integration is quite good. I don't really understand the other reviews here being so negative to be frank. Their customer service has always been quite helpful and the app just does exactly what it promises. It's a 5-star from me, I'd recommend it.

This company abruptly increased prices by 300% for existing users with no notice or justification, a serious breach of trust. To make matters worse, the app consistently fails to sync, leading to missed chats and disrupted communication.

We expected reliability and transparency but got neither. Strongly advise looking elsewhere.

They're a scam. If I could have gotten into the text box without clicking a sta, I would have. They deserve 0 stars. They're scammers.
They took all of my information, card #, access code, picture of the card, etc., then told me they couldn't complete the transaction because the card number was invalid. I called the gift card provider to see if the card had been used today and of course it was confirmed that an amount was taken off the card, despite JivoChat's claim that the transaction couldn't go through. I contacted the Fraud Department of the card issuer to file a complaint and try to get the researchers to retrieve the fraudulently received money. It's a good thing that it wasn't a large amount of money; but any stolen money warrants bringing attention to the scammers.

I got scammed my jivo chat ! Be careful

The customer support is a desaster. They don't communicate with each other, so basically you have to explain your problem every time from scratch. The app constantly kicks us out and customer chats are lost. There is no soultion from the support. The only thing they suggest is to "use a different network, don't use VPN, etc". It's impossible to work productively with JivoChat. If you want to generate sales or have happy customers, I don't recommend this app. The monthly price is very cheap but that's why the quality of the app is so bad.

Charged me twice and one month later still no refund despite emailing 5+ times. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The app is ok but due to service, I’d avoid.

JivoChat supports Crypto Scammers. Why are you doing this? I was scammed.

jiovo chat is a joke. this company supports crypto scam companies such as DECKER LIMITED.. They send back messages weeks later asking " hi sir, what can we help with " after receiving a very detailed question. They must be getting a piece of the SCAM

Excellent features with a very tiny price. Only one buggy features so far and it's not much. Frankly bravo.

Regarding the support, on my case it was excellent.

#1 - Jivo Chat Phone does not have Voicemail

#2 - The business email is not email (you have to forward your email to Jivo Chat and email customers back from a different email).

#3 if agents do not close the chat all communication (text, calls and emails) will come to that agent even if they are texting/calling a different number.

#4 Jivo Chat will not refund any money (I paid for 1 year for 5 agents after looking at all of the Jivo Chat Features that are not actually there, used it for 14 days and no refund for any portion of the money paid).

This may be good for Webchat (I did not try the Webchat) but is not good for a business communication solution.

use Jivochat if you wish to lose customers and face disputes their chat always gets down and they are very poor and highly poop service

It doesn't work. It will not let me even sign in and there's no support all you get is just a robot that doesn't even know how to answer your questions

Whatever you do, there is a scam with a so called trading company called Century BTC Option. Do not buy anything they will take your money and want more and more. They use fraudulent phone numbers and address. FRANGEL is there only jivochat customer service agent. She will con you out of a lot of money and you will never see it again. This is a fraudulent website. They should be reported.
