Great Service & Price!

Jive has been very accommodating to the changing needs of our small business. We like being able to log into our account & get information or change what we need to. We also like that they send us regular communications via email. The service Jive offers would be very hard to beat for the price & convenience they bring to meeting our needs.

I still recommend Jive, but.....

I have no problems recommending Jive. In fact, I did recommend it to a colleague last week.

Why I downgraded Jive from 5 stars to four is due to functionality that is no longer working. First, the Android app for Jive has not worked and I never received any information as to whether it is or will be fixed. Second, we did have integration with Redtail, but the change in the Jive Chrome app has removed/broken the integration. This was a primary reason for moving to Jive. Finally, the FAX functionality is still clunky and difficult to work with and possibly a security hole.

Jive Integration with Zoho is amazing! Highly recommended

I've recommended Jive to many people. We did our research, and it's definitely the most affordable of all the VoIP services that met our needs. We have encountered a few technical issues that we weren't smart enough to figure out ourselves, and the customer service has been prompt and amazing, always getting our issues fixed right away. We love that it works with our Polycom phones, or with our cell phones, or with our computers using the soft phone online. This has made it extremely easy for our team to be mobile. The best thing is the integration with Zoho. This has saved us so much time, that honestly we are probably netting a negative cost for this service. Highly recommended.

Reliable and responsive

Jive allows us to work wherever we want, the value is great and the customer service is timely. We have virtually no downtime compared to other providers in our area.

Highly recommend Jive!!

Highly recommend Jive!!! I've used Comcast, AT&T, Nextiva and nothing comes close in terms of service and product performance. ATT was by far the worst! The whole company is a joke and only has business because of a monopoly. Nextiva is OK, but lacks many features that JIVE has including a much for sophisticated dial plan and call queue. Comcast mobility would be slightly better then Nextiva in terms of service and reliability. However JIVE is by far the best!!!!

Moving from an on prem phone system to Jive's hosted VOIP solution as been a great experience. I have reduced cost for my company and increased functionality user community.

Great Hands On Support

Jive provides a very positive and hands on level of support. They are friendly, patient, and accommodating with the end user in helping them to get service set up initially and troubleshoot if needed. Their app is user friendly as well.

We found Jive when researching VOIP …

We found Jive when researching VOIP options for our ministry and couldn't be happier. Not only are they competitive with their pricing, the customer service in our experience has always been top notch. They respond quickly and professionally when we've had questions. My experience with them is from a small business perspective, but I do know that they service larger businesses with other solutions as well. If you're considering VOIP services, you need to take a look at what Jive Communications offers.

This is my first experience with Jive …

This is my first experience with Jive Communications and VOIP phone systems. They have very accessible customer service and are easy to reach for billing or technical issues. We have had the service now for over 3 months and it is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable office phone system.

Easy to use!

Jive is extremely easy to set up and use. We run a small marketing agency and employ remote workers. It works perfectly for our needs, plus, their customer service is outstanding.

Jive's latest technology allows Service and Marketing at the same time.

Jive's latest technology has allowed me to configure our phone system in such a fashion as to customize it for each of our employees, and there different needs in marketing requirements. Our customers feel as though we are in the office serving them when in fact we are out of the office and still have the ability to serve our customers and market at the same time.

Jive is USEFUL however it does crash on …

Jive is USEFUL however it does crash on me in the middle of calls and lags while on a call! I do enjoy using JIVE though and would recommend it to business owners with alot of marketing and advertising calls, When they get all the BUGS out.
