It’s was simple, and a reasonable price. The staff was kind and helpful.

I tried to have a facial booster at one of their clinics but the suggested amount somehow didn’t match their prices online.

I booked a free consultation at their clinic for two people. When we arrived we had our consultation, which was actually alright, and afterwards we were asked to leave the room so they can discuss about the price. After about 15 minutes we were asked to enter another room and were presented with a bill for over 2600000W (just for me) for a skin booster + some other treatment. When we said we’d like to think about it, as the amount seemed way higher than the online prices, our consultant said we need to pay 40000W (2 ppl) for the consultation. My booking said “free consultation” and also everywhere on their website they advertised with the word “free” so I confronted them. I was told that if we decided to proceed with the treatment, the fee will be deducted from the overall price. However, this is not what was advertised.

It felt to me a bit as if they knew who can pay more, based on our passports or maybe it’s a thing where some clinics decide to charge foreigners more or maybe it was a miscommunication but I don’t think it’s cool, to kinda be lied to like that.

If you wish to use this clinic, research the exact treatment on their website, screen grab the prices online and then book. 2-3/5 experience

I got a treatment for a face slimming injection here back in 2019. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Not only did they NOT tell me to remove my make up, and simply applied the numbing cream directly onto my face with foundation on it, the doctor accidentally squirted out the formula and proceeded to inject botox into my skin as a replacement. He only told me that he replaced the formula with botox AFTER I got the injection. I did not consent to botox.

I took an appointment at the 365MC clinic in Seoul through the Jivaka website, which had appointment slots available from 10 AM, so I selected a slot for 10 AM a few days later. Well I wasted my time arriving early since the receptionist of the clinic told me that all appointments started at 11 AM and not 10 AM, and was surprised herself that I had an appointment at 10 AM. I do not think it is a relatable website since they don't seem to update the information of the clinic they are working with. Don't waste your time and go directly to the clinic website.

I just wanted to share my first experience with face treatments at V MOMENT, and overall, it was really positive! The staff and doctors at V MOMENT were very accommodating and helpful, addressing all my concerns. I do wish I had received a bit more education on the procedures—like what to expect, the results timeline, and some insights into my skin condition. It would have been great to know what to focus on for better skin care. Dr. Choi was fantastic, making me feel relaxed throughout the process, and the whole team was friendly and approachable. For someone new to this, they really made it a comfortable experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Jivaka Beauty! From the very beginning, everything was smooth and stress-free. The instructions for navigating to the clinic were super clear, which made it really easy to find, something I definitely appreciated. Communications was also top notch. I always received timely responses to my questions, and it felt like they genuinely cared about making the process seamless. On top of that, the quote I was given was accurate with no surprises, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Translation was bad. My neck treatment had left multiple big dark spots and scars which it seems permanent. I believe the dark spots could had been avoided if cool/calming solution were to be applied after the treatment

This is second visit, great experience. No hard selling, with English translator in the presence. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was my first time using Jivaka's service. Jivaka's response was prompt. Helped me make & confirm appointment in English. I even managed to bring forward my appointment 2 days before my actual appointment. With the pricelist and it's specific treatment (which version, number of shots, volume of injectables) on the website, i am able to make accurate and comfortable decision.

Upon arriving, i just have to show my booking reference and the receptionist already know.

I received valuable consultation as well as satisfied with the treatments received.

If you are a cautious skeptic like me, listen up. I was an American using Jivaka’s agency services and like you, I had a lot of questions and apprehension ahead of selecting a clinic and types of procedures.
To summarize, they were extremely patient and supportive during this process. All of the anxiety I had melted away when I started coordinating with the Jivaka team via messages. Not to mention the quick responses via messages. Constantly they were such an asset for me before and after my procedures. They showed up early and on time and got to work being my liaison at the clinic. I felt completely at ease that my questions and comments were being heard and translated accordingly. I’m so happy with my results! Definitely going to work with the Jivaka team again and will continue to send people their way. Thank you so much!!

Booking the DEXA scan was easy, the staff was friendly and despite the language barrier the appointment went smoothly. The actual scan only took a few minutes and the doctor explained the results and allowed questions as well. I highly recommend the clinic and will happily book again.

Helpful staff

I booked a 100-mins anti stress massage which costs 172,000KRW. But when I arrive, the receptionist said the price was revised in January and showed me a menu which cost more. The link to book was given by them and they should have changed the price. They is probably just an excuse. Since I had travelled far for this, I decided to take up the 80-mins one which cost 162,000KRW. The massage was just ok. I think they really charge foreigners a premium, such a massage would cost me only a third of this amount, in my country. I have seen similar reviews on this place.
