Never Buy any product from Jio mart

Very Very Bad Experience. The product I ordered was completely different what I received.
After that Delivery part Xpressbess was disgusting. My product was with an agent who did not turnup for 7 days after that when a received call he says that is not my Area to delivered. Here my Question if he was not incharge of that area then why he took my product and simply wasted my 7 day.
Where A jio mart product says which I bought 10 day return policy. Delivery agent has already wasted my 7 days.
Will never buy any product from jio. Hindi me likh raha hu Ghatiya product and service.
