Support has not been useful and i generally feel scammed at this point, reached out for help with a mountain of evidence and they just went round in circles, made me wait then coudln’t help me, after nearly 2 weeks i still cant use the product i paid for and the seller has been ignoring my emails from the start.

WARNING!! Do not buy from my Jinxxy store. I and other creators have filed a lawsuit against the /8051 N Tamiami Trl, Sarasota, FL 34243/FL/TX headquarters here in the United States, as they scammed independent content creators on their platform, withheld payments, provided malicious support, and defrauded more than 655 people through accounts of various content creators on their platform, including me. Horrible Customer Service.
Reached out - took about 2-3 months for a reply, which I wouldn't normally condemn but their response was extremely useless.
They informed me their system did their job, and did not elaborate on whether they would fix/assist me in adjusting the current issue - I can't even update the item myself since its a bot who marks the products, but has assigned it a label that needs to be adjusted by the site.
I'm not going to wait another 2-3 months on an issue they should've just been updated and been over with.

Only negative experiences with this website. Not only are they biased, they also force their personal opinion about people into others, changing the reality of events and even manipulating the mass on social media. Once they ban you, they keep selling your work and you have no way of deleting your account, since you can't even log out anymore. Please be careful these people make their rules based on their mood and their friends. Be careful if you entrust them your work because you have no power of removing it from their website once they decide to ban you. And they do not mention this anywhere on their website.
