Everything was great and timely, BUT the packaging was a disgrace. I was trying to get this seamlessly delivered, it had my FULL NAME In large letters with large letters stating its JimmyJane. I mean adding a picture would have saved you the trouble.

Everything was great except that the shipping label said JIMMYJANE on it. It was a gift for my wife and she got the mail that day. I figured it would not give any hint away on the outside of the package as to what might be inside. She knew right away what it was. It was just a little bit of a disappointment. But she was happy so all is good.

Could have better customer service
Items arrived in about 10 days and as shown. Seem like quality items. Have not taken them for a spin yet, but anticipating it! Deducted a star because i thought communication could be better - no shipping confirmation, tracking, etc. Price seems a tad high, but hoping they last more than a year.
