Website is OK but customer service is absolutely shocking and they just stop talking to you when you say something they don't like!

Disgusted with service. Used for 1 year and then did not renew service. 3 years later was chased by debt collection agency PAIR finance through letters and emails to pay for the 'renewed' service which I did not take. Jimdo refused to deal with the matter and left me dealing with a German debt agency. I was told that I was sent renewal emails after the first year but these would have gone to spam. I am happy to support legitimate businesses, but I am fuming at the underhand tactics of being charged for a service I did not receive - I am sure that this is not legal. I would warn everybody not to sign up to Jimdo or use this service.

After years of using Jimdo, I changed the email address on the account. Jimdo continued to send auto-renewal updates to an old account email which resulted in an £84 annual charge which was a mistake.

On the DAY they took the payment I contacted them to say it was a mistake. I contacted customer service. Jimdo closed my case when I was still asking questions. Customer service attitude was immensely poor and he provided no solutions to the issue. The policies are also all over the place, with no refund policy regarding renewals.
