Jiji is the worst platform
Jiji is the worst platform. I listed my adverts but sadly they were unable to verify my ID. Their customer service is the worst I have ever come across. I would not want this kind of platform

To list adverts I paid Kshs 1,600+5,039=6,639. The items were of great interest to customers who could not reach me on my Kenya mobile since my preference was what's up. Jiji kenya closed the adverts, never refunded te money, never bothered to see if their customer had issues. I have contacted them but no success so far. Jiji Nigeria has been very helpful in following up, but Jiji Kenya is terrible. I hear from my network of friends that Jiji Kenya does this to customers and many are starting their e-shops. I have never seen such a corporation with deplorable customer service which seems tragic especially once money is taken from customers.
