They make good DTF's but they do not…
They make good DTF's but they do not follow instructions to the tee. They usually deliver when stated but have made me rush or miss a customer's order. I use them because they deliver but when asked to make sure the DTF is correct it always fail to happen.

I’ve only been ordering from Jiffy short time but I can say my deliveries have shown up as expected, in great condition and I did not realize I was missing items from my last order until a week later, so I reached and even though it was well past the 72 hours notice they allow, they investigated and sent me my missing items. Thank you Jiffy for doing good business.
Can't speak to a human
Getting touch with Jiffy shirts is impossible if you have a question/concern that is not an option in the "reason" drop down box on their website. I had a question because their site said my shipment had shipped & was in UPS's possession, but UPS didn't show it as picked up yet. But there is no option for other shipping questions. There is a chat option, but no one was available at anytime during the regular business day (on multiple days). We love using Jiffy shirts, but there needs to be better ways for customers to communicate w/ Jiffy.
Late Delivery
I placed an order which was for next day delivery. I did not receive my order the next day but rather more than 48 hours later. While you may have had the order ready for shipment, your shipper did not deliver it as your website stated, which has now caused a delay in my ability to provide a product to my customer. This is not the first time that I have experienced this. It is an issue that you need to take up with the company you use for shipment OR do not say that you can provide next day delivery.

The color on the prints are always bright. You can adjust and tweak colors and images with the creators. The shipping is super fast. And if you ever have a problem, they resolve it instantly.

I reported defective DTF transfers and incorrect items from my order and was told I would receive store credit as a resolution. After the credit was issued, my account was suddenly suspended, preventing me from accessing or using the credit that your company provided.
I have spent nearly two weeks trying to resolve this issue through emails and support messages with no real communication from a live representative. Every response feels automated and disconnected from the actual issue I am explaining.
My event has already passed, so I no longer need replacements, yet replacements are still being processed and shipped after I repeatedly stated they were no longer needed. Instead of resolving the actual problem, I am being ignored while my account remains suspended and my credit remains unusable.
I am a repeat business customer and this situation has been extremely frustrating and disruptive. A customer should not have their account suspended simply for reporting defective merchandise and requesting help.
I am requesting:
* Immediate reinstatement of my account
* Full access to my issued store credit
* Cancellation of unnecessary replacement shipments
* Direct communication from a supervisor or management representative
* A written explanation for why my account was suspended after reporting legitimate product defects
This entire experience has felt like I am speaking only to automated systems instead of receiving real customer support.
Jiffy is prompt and professional
Jiffy is prompt and professional! They do not disappoint. I've used them for a few years now, and out of all my orders only twice have I received an order that I had an issue with the color, BUT it was resolved immediately and a corrected replacement was sent right away! Jiffy is the only company I order my DTF from. I've been very satisfied with their service!

DTF Transfer order
I placed an order for DTF transfers for some shirts for our programs certificate day. The process of downloading the image as well as placing the order was easy and effortless. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly they completed the order and I received it in two days. Will definitely be using these services again for future projects.
