Cheap labels, frustrating return policy
Prices are cheap, but their return policy doesn't cover defective items. I bought two boxes of 4,000 labels, but they didn't work with any of our four thermal printers. Because I'd used about 20 labels from that box, they refused to refund it because they "couldn't sell it again because it was open." They did refund the unopened box and sent a prepaid return label, which is why it's two stars and not one. I won't be buying from Jiaropack again.

We completely understand your frustration. If the labels didn't work across four different thermal printers, that points to a product compatibility or quality issue on our end, not user error. That's on us, and we should have handled it better.
Regarding the opened box — in cases where a product is defective or doesn't perform as expected, our policy should never stand in the way of making things right. We recognize that asking you to absorb the cost of 20 labels just to discover the product didn't work is simply not fair. We'd like to make this right.
We'll arrange a full refund for the opened box as well. We'd also love to understand which thermal printers you're using so we can investigate the compatibility issue and prevent this from happening to other customers.
