The webshop doesn’t work

The webshop doesn’t work (can’t recieve payment) and the company hasn’t responder to either e-mail nor chat request. Promo is running out now. Maybe the page Will work again when we have to pay full price for the products??
Update 19. Oct: The promo still runs eventhough it should have stopped end september. Still No snaver from Sebastian Grey and thus its hard to figure out when the promised deliverytime of “3 weeks after promo ends” actually is, since it is counting down from 10 days every time you enter the site..,
