i was quite happy with the technician…
i was quite happy with the technician who came to do the job.
The job was booked for 11;00 - 14:00,
at 16:00 i phoned your company & asked if anyone was coming.
i was answered by a man who was quite abusive & couldn't be bothered to find out any helpful information. He eventually put me through to a lady
who was very polite & who went to the trouble to find out where the technician was & when he would be with us.
The man who answered the phone is the reason for the poor rating. he is not an asset to your company.

And got rid of the bumblebee nest we had .
Everything was explained from start to finish
We can now let our dogs back out in the big part of the garden and dont have to worry about them being stung .

JG Pest control fixed our problem with mice
We had a lot of mice before Luke visited us. After 3 visits the mice are all gone, thank you. Luke was friendly and helpful. I'll use JG pest control again if we ever have any more problems.

Initial response very good but unsatisfactory from then on

An absolute nightmare booking follow up visits, put through to wrong numbers, cut off and nobody bothers to call you back, then a response saying we only communicate via e mail 😡
One follow up visit for morning ended up last thing in the afternoon
Second follow up visit for 11-2pm cancelled at 2pm
No further visits available for 1-2 weeks
The actual operative, when he turned up was very good.

The young man who did the work was very pleasant, helpful and polite, and answered all my questions. Everything became much clearer on site, and I got a much better picture of the work to be done, and questionable items in cupboards (such as what to do with clean, uncovered bedding) than I did on the telephone. Also why I had to leave the premises for 4-5 hours. He phoned me when he was ready to leave and again explained everything clearly.
