Very pleased with the service and quality of work. Would definitely recommend.

The visit was quickly and efficiently done the technician was helpful and profressional and answered the questions/ concerns that I had. He couldnt have been better. Cannot fault him at all

The cost of services compared to other companies is maybe more expensive, something to be carefully considered.

I am not sure if the reviews here are real.
As I’m working in customer service myself, that is very strange.

The job was unprofessional.
We call for a mice treatment and payed 240£ in advance.

They didn’t check the back of the fridge at all, which is the most common place.

After that, I sent the customer support a full feedback with the evidence showing that they didn’t seal the walls and the holes behind the fridge + the dropping of the mice.

I was shocked to see that they kept replaying that the job was done correctly.

A complete bullshit. I wouldn’t review them if they will admit their mistakes and come and fix the issue with a professional treatment.

The operative Christopher was friendly, professional and flexible. I returned to a tidy house in the state I left it. My only qualm was the very demanding preparations required before the visit (for moth control). I know these may be necessary but are unrealistic if you are elderly or on your own. However Christopher was really helpful in adjusting the work.

Great service

Scott verified that I do not have bed bugs which was a mammoth relief. He identified spider beetles and carpet beetles. I already have a carpet beetle spray which I shall use.
Scott was extremely efficient and really put my mind at rest.

Don’t part with your money!! JG Pest Control over promise and do not deliver. It’s been 6 weeks and our rat infestation has not changed. JG Pest Control use inadequate pest control measures, they also expect customers to wait in all day and then cancel on the day because they are understaffed. My experience has been so frustrating.

Sean was very pleasant and professional, dealing with the job diligently whilst thoroughly explaining the whole process and the do’s and don’t.

Scott completed the job efficiently and in a professional manner. He gave us peace of mind by checking the whole house thoroughly, despite only being called out for one single deceased rat.

Jamie was very courteous and very nice and I’ll await the estimates

Ryan was very professional and spent time to explain to two quite old people exactly what was going on. He fitted an extra trap and nothing was too much trouble for him. A very personable young man, well done from very satisfied customers.

JG Pest Control is an epic company!
Alan arrived today, promptly, it's my 3rd and final visit for a 'mice in the attic' problem.
He has checked out the issue, and reloaded the poison trays.
The situation has definitely improved greatly/might be totally solved , and there will be enough poison to catch any extra visiting mice in future.
I have been fully informed at every stage, and potentially am becoming a mouse control expert myself!! Much appreciated.
I shall keep you on speed dial for Autumn, of course.

Luke was brilliant today. He was polite and courteous.
I explained the problem regarding the mouse under the summerhouse he immediately placed two bait boxes down, checked inside the summerhouse and around the back garden and patio. He explained when to phone back re follow up appointment and let me take a picture of a bait box that I could purchase in the future.

We are quite satisfied by the service provided today by Sean. We would request him for next upcoming all visits of our takeaway. Many thanks
