Email does not work for me, as stated prior to 2nd visit .
Might work for office people or data availablity at had, neither of that im close to.
I was quite content with a simple text message.
Im asked for review of the experience, as im the owner and not the resident which was originally explained i just seem to pay, as yet ive not recieved any proof of this visit or update with proof of pictures and forward advice. ( like i got after first visit when i chased it up after PHONE CALL TO OFFICE.)
Looking forward to update from the visit.
Summary .
Emails dont work in every enviroment.
Keep things simple, explain every step of the way ( as we are not the expert in YOUR profession.)
Dont ask for a review experience prior to giving results of visit.

Would recommed!
Just had Barrie Finch from JG Pest Control out for a visit to help us with rats. Courteous and on time, he was a lovely bloke, who clearly knows his stuff, and was luckily totally unfazed by rats, mice, spiders, etc. Clearly explained the process and laid some boxes where necessary. Time will tell if they do the trick!

The Company were very quick to respond once called and after I made my initial enquiry. Sent someone same day to remove a dead fox that had been in my overgrown garden for weeks.
Very impressed with the quickness of the job and the aftercare.

Service was prompt and there was excellent communication with Steve on his expected ETA. Steve identified the bugs in my bedroom as glowworms after a number of questions and looking at the dead remains. I wanted it confirmed that I did not have bed bugs so felt relieved. He suggested action to take following his visit. I was very happy with my dealings with JG Pest Control and would recommend the survey to determine the identity of a bug to restore peace of mind.
