I am using jfy 10kw grid-tie inverter & 7.5kw pumping inverter last 2 years very very good performance & excellent efficiency product

Do not buy a JFY inverter they fail - their warranty is worth nothing!
They are not helpful - being extremely difficult and want to charge me for a replacement main board plus $201US dollars postage from China to Australia when the inverter is under warranty. Consumer law in Australia requires they either repair or replace at their expense. Their own warranty documents says they will replace and send out within 2 days whereas is takes forever to even receive a response and their Aus support phone number is disconnected!
Stay clear of Shenzhen JingFuYuan Tech. Co., LTD.

This company is an absolute disgrace. My product (Solar inverter) is faulty and well within warranty, yet three months since my first communication with them and I have had almost no communication from them. I have no idea if or when the warranty claim will be honoured. Meanwhile, I am losing income from FIT and paying for additional energy taken from the grid. None of the European service points are taking responsibility and the head office responded once, several weeks ago to say they have received the claim. I am now taking legal action, due to the lack of response to numerous communications.

it was used in Jordan since 2010 and till now we didn't face any problem with it, the technical support are available without any delay.

We have bought hundreds of their inverters. A very large number of them went fault quickly.
There is no service, no warranty at all!
Just promises!
Now they do not even answer to our emails!
This company is absolutely not recommended.
We are going to turn to Chinese Embassy as we lost a lot on this trade.

Our jsi1500tl broke down inside of the 5 year warranty, a replacement was sent, 5 weeks later this one also broke, we found out via email that the replacement was a refurbished model, replacement broke down 2 weeks after warranty period ended. I am now wondering whether their new items are actually refurbished ones as they get you to return your broken invertor as part of the warranty procedure. Imdo not reccommed this company.

terrible, never buy JFY, their warranty is worthless, you can not get hold of anyone to help. I installed a JFY inverter that went faulty after 12 months, the only advice from JFY regarding their 10 year warranty was to drive to the NL and buy a new one! outrageous!

Newer buy anything from JFY (JSI inverters) in case you expect any kind of support or warranty.
It is impossible to get in contact with them, they do not respond to any kind of inquiries regarding warranty or support issues.
Stay far away from the company and their products.
miserable company without any kind of dignity or responsibility

Bought previous 2 pcs. JSI-3000TL ( Solteknik 3000 TL. ) grid connected inverter with 5 years guarantee. But SHENZHEN JING FU YUAN TECH. CO does not answer back and will obviously not cover their defective products . . :o(
