I would stay away at all costs!
Customer service is non existent! The left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing!
If you order something you may never receive it so do not rely on them for presents for a particular date... and when you complain or even dare ask about the order you've paid for, you get a bunch of lies, excuses, your order eventually gets cancelled( even after they've confirmed you will still receive it!) your questions on FB enquiring about your order get deleted, your emails ignored and then you get blocked on FB from
Posting (even if your comments were not offensive in anyway) ! All done just so you don't damage the fragile reputation they are still desperately trying to rebuild after the last fiasco they had around x-mas 2014! And I supported them through that - obviously I shouldn't have!
Glad that based on previous observations I only ordered a small thing to test if they have really improved..,

Bought teepee fir sins Xmas present on Xmas payment plan! Payment plan is amazing really ease to use and spreads the cost! Teepee is exceptional quality and can't wait to see my sons face at Christmas, thank you x

Sweetheart Bench
Hi, i recently received a beautiful wooden Sweetheart bench from Just fir Tiny People company, for ny Grandchildren and wanted to tell you how amazing it is. It is beautifully made, is large enough for three, or two little ones and myself at story time. It is very sturdy, made of wonderfully smooth wood. We have moved it from the garden summerhouse into the Lounge over the cold months, and it is still sturdy with no wobbles.
I adore the items that JFTP make and have also visited a Hidyhole, which i am now saving up to buy thus Summer for the children to use more imagination.....what an amazingly wonderful company.....will definately ge back again and again, and have recommended them to all my friends for the quality and kindness of the owners of such an amazing business
