I brought a dough mixer around 16000 pesos. It break down first time I used it. Warranty are 3 month. I filled a service complaint I got some response after 3 weeks they wanted me to do some repair or troubleshooting but i am not able to dismantle the machine. After sending pictures showing where i stuck with dismantling no more response. Now it 2 month since i filled the service complaint.
