Booked my car in for a DSG remap, engine remap, and an air intake installation. I dropped the car off at 8:15am and didn’t get it back until 1:10pm.

After waiting nearly 5 hours, the only work completed was fitting the air intake. No DSG remap was done and no engine remap was done, despite this being the reason the car was booked in.

To make matters worse, I paid a £50 deposit specifically for the remap, which the company later claimed they never received, even though it was paid.

Very poor communication throughout the day, no updates unless I chased, and a huge waste of time. I booked in expecting all agreed work to be completed, not to lose half a day and leave without the main services planned for and payed a deposit for.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

Fantastic service. Customer service was bang on and so was the workmanship. Had someone come out and fit a ghost pro immobilizer on my SVR. I was showed how to use everything afterwards and you couldn’t even tell any works had been done as the car was left spotless on completion. Fully recommend without hesitation and will be going back for further works soon.

Very nice and courteous staff who carried out the service promptly and within the time frame.
I was informed about the inspection and was told that an estimate of the under engine protection plates would be forwarded to me and I understood that there were photographs would be sent including the damage to the radiator box. I’m still waiting.

Car went in for timing belt change, was done the same day. Car is running perfectly and so glad such an important job has been done by these guys. Very knowledgeable team, excellent service all round, would definitely be back to them in the future for any other works needed on the car, (I’m very fussy with who I trust with my car but I trust these guys 100% with it)

Extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely nice team. I had my car remapped but didn’t love the result (I’m quite picky!), and they immediately returned it to the original map and refunded me with zero hassle. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. Highly recommended!

Didn’t find the problem why it was going into limp mode and said it could take 3-4 hours to find the problem. Told me the car would be it would be ready to collect at 2pm so got dropped off and wasn’t ready until 3.30pm . Why I was in the waiting room one of the staff went to the toilet that is situated in the waiting room and could here him having a pxx 🤮got to the bottom of the problem by another mechanic and it was the diesel filter 🙈

Prior to full diagnostics being carried out by JFA; I gave the error fault codes and possible issues.
Diagnostics report: 'No Faults' cost £180.
Driving back home, fault re-occured, car lost power. Had to drive car back to JFA 3 days later for car to be rechecked.
Faults confirmed. JFA wanted £600 to check turbo!
Took car to a turbo-diesel specialist, within an hour they had completed a full diagnostics, health check and examined the turbo, (recorded a video) broken turbo bearing.
Cost of diagnostics, health check and turbo examination £130.

Great customer service, recently brought my Skoda fabia here and when faced with an issue they didn’t hesitate to call me and let me know my options with going ahead with the ecu remap. Technician and staff were very friendly and helpful with advice about my car and future plans.
