Sadly, I'm another seller who was scammed into signing up with JewelStreet. The only sales were very small ones (with discounts) to their employees. Then the website went down, and no contact, marketing or anything. No response from emailing the "concierge" either, despite this being the stock response to other sellers complaining.

They took my money, over $600 US, and then disappeared! Total scam!!! :(

Was a seller on jewelstreet and all of a sudden the website is down and my money gone….. what is happening. I cannot contact you

I would highly recommend JewelStreet. The service I received was 1st class, from initial order to receipt.
Any questions were swiftly answered by Caroline, she couldn't have been more helpful.
Most importantly, my wife loved the gift that I purchased.

I joined the e-shop in October 2022 and over a time period of 6 months I never concluded any sales on their platform. It's a scam please avoid as much as possible

I ordered some amazing handcrafted home decor pieces and I could not believe the quality and speed of delivery. For an original hand-created piece I was blown away.

I joined JewelStreet as a seller almost a year ago. Within that time I made 1 sale after having paid almost £200 to sign up as a seller on their platform. They had stated in their sales call before signup that other companies with a similar offering to mine would make £30,000 a year on average. Their marketing is terrible with minimal engagement on their instagram page. I should have known better than to fall for the scam to be honest.

Such a pleasure to discover this company, their staff appear to be hand picked for helpfulness, well it certainly was the experience in my case, I wanted a particular colour to feature in a gemstone, my daughter had requested the Lady assistant Carys went above and beyond to contact the designer directly and I ended up with exactly what was asked for…no hesitation in recommending them 100%

I continuously receive email I have blocked them, unsubscribed and still receive numerous email a day borderline scam level of nuisance.

I have had an amazing experience with JewelStreet. They have been so helpful and always in touch and very polite and positive. I had to return one item and wanted to purchase another. They were wonderful, in particular Carys but also when I left a message, they are so nice. I am so pleased I discovered them, because I tried to purchase an item elsewhere and it was sold out and was lucy enough to discover JewelStreet. Lucky me.

What I like about this company is that although the dress I ordered wasn't a good fit for me - when I rang the phone was answered quickly and by a "human" ! Carys was superb and quickly sorted by refund out which gives me more confidence to buy online again.

I have nothing but praise for the excellent service I received with a recent purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for Carys, who dealt with the one issue I raised with my order. Her emails to me were clear and always spot on with the information that kept me up to date with the progress of my item. Carys has a friendly and reassuring manner. Excellent. I only wish other companies were the same. A very positive experience. Thank you.

I ordered this body balm from JewelStreet (Scence Natural Skincare) and I was surprised to have it received in 24h hours! The quality it's soo good, my skin went so soft after 2 uses and it's got only natural ingredients :)

Always a great company to deal with. Any problems, quickly resolved and a brilliant customer service. Friendly, efficient, great jewellery and a genuinely fab company. They have that rarest of things these days a CONTACT telephone number. Ordered loads from them and never had an unhappy experience. As to the review below where the lady was disappointed not to have any earring backs, well I had that problem once, but of course having pierced ears, we always have spare lurking around.
