Complete rip off

Complete rip off, jewelry is nothing like it appears in photo, cheap. Refund policy...you need to send back to China at your expense! Alternatively and "to save the environment" according to the email I received, you can keep the crap jewelry and they will refund you 10%!! Not worth my time. I can buy better quality at the gas station!

After waiting 20+ days for my order

After waiting 20+ days for my order, the item received was not what I ordered. Immediately (within 1hr of delivery), I emailed the seller to inform of error-including photos of the correct item ordered & the
item received. I promptly received a response of
“Unfortunate “ and advised to complete cancellation forms and return the item to CHINA-all at my expense,
then wait for their review. NO WAY! Went to PayPal for resolution and done.

This is a horrible company.

This is a horrible company.. don’t buy anything. I wish I had read the reviews. What I got was cheap and not what was pictured. When I wrote to them it turns out their 30 day return policy means you have to send it back to China! They offered me 10% back. So not worth the $. Buyer be warned.

I have to give a 1 star only because there’s no -1. The jewellery is like a kids toy. Not like the picture at all. It’s just junk. I wish I could put the photos on here to show the difference of what they show but looks like to what I actually received.

My order was delivered to an incorrect address and was stolen from the porch. Astoria customer service refused to replace or refund my money, but they did offer me a 10%discount on my next order! This place is nothing but a scam. I wish I had read the horrible reviews before I ordered.

False advertising

This company shows pictures of beautiful, handcrafted pieces that are little works of art. What they send out are cheap tacky imitations of the pieces, so shoddy you would not wear them at any price. They obviously do this repeatedly, it is their business model and they need to be stopped!

I am an avid online browser of…

I am an avid online browser of jewellery sales sites. Recently, I have spent a good bit of time browsing on Temu for jewellery. When the “Astoria” pop-up ad appeared on my phone, and I followed the link, I noticed several pieces that were identical to pictures shown on the Temu site. For example, Temu displayed the “silver ring with gold threads” (that is often mentioned in customer reviews of Astoria merchandise), in an identical picture to the one on Astoria. Temu was selling their piece for approximately four dollars, while Astoria was asking for about $70, claiming this was a 70% discount. They also claimed that it was genuine silver and gold, a handmade piece. Temu made no such claim. Astoria even showed video clips of jewellery craftsman creating custom pieces in their workshops, in an attempt to convince the customer that these are indeed valuable custom made pieces.
I would be very suspicious of any site claiming to offer incredible discounts on genuine gold and silver jewellery, so it’s best that the buyer beware. Do your homework before you commit your hard earned money to scam sites.
