Purchased a haymaker saw frame that’s broke, it arrived that way. Trying to send it back is a nightmare. I was told to send in pictures, which I have done, 5 days later still no reply. It wasn’t a ch... See more

Strands getting shorter pot luck what price you pay varies for same item all the time.
Jadeite channel now remember when was tanzanite was on everyday high prices advising mine closing buy as an investment now tanzanite much cheaper seems plentiful all of a sudden
Easy telephone ordering but you can order online as well. Friendly knowledgeable telephone staff, 24 hour telephone ordering. Reliable service. Top quality products for making your own jewellery.
Cancelled my order. No explanation. Wish I had read these terrible reviews before ordering!
Customer service totally unhelpful. Wouldn't help out when my order couldn't apply discount code.
Would not take any responsibility just kept gaslighting me. They are only helpful when you are making an order or anything that benefits them. I have been buying from Gemporia group for over 8 years and spent an enormous amounts of money with them.My advice to them is look after your loyal customers or they will buy elsewhere like me.
I don’t watch the channel so can’t comment on that, but bought a hammer stand from them - supposed to be able to fit seven hammers on. I’m a silversmith and only one of my hammers will fit on, the stand is absolutely tiny! No dimensions given in the description, but apparently it’s my fault for not asking, and they’ve shown it on the show with tools in, so not their fault.
Terrible customer service, I would advise you avoid buying jewellery tools from them.
1. Quality, not bad
2. Prices can vary considerably on very similar items. E.g copper sheet 0.30 mm £2.00 cheaper than sheet at 0.32
3. PROCESSING OF ORDERS VERY VERY SLOW
4. Used to be a great channel, now frequent guests selling the same items at initial HIGH prices - WE ARE NOT FOOLS, we can see what you are doing
What has happened to this channel? I used to love it, but now it is the jadeite channel - no focus on anything else.
Until recently I hadn't had a problem with Jewellery Maker and then at the end of October an order didn't arrive, I let them know and was asked to wait longer, I waited and let them know it's still not arrived, they said it was being investigated, I waited and emailed again and again and again each time to be asked to wait or it was being investigated. Now almost 4 months later I have been told they will not refund, credit or replace because it is outside their 30 day period, hello what were all those emails I sent. This was a large order for £900 and they tell me where to go after spending a lot of money, the bulk of this order was on split pay so they have made sure they got the money before refusing a refund. I will never buy from them again and warn everyone to pray Royal Mail deliver all your orders. I have added two stars today 18th February '23 because they have finally given me a full refund and an apology.
I paid fir an order June 29th and it never arrived. I asked for a refund and 9 emails later still no refund!!!
I was an addict of JM. Not anymore. Presenters changed, programmes cut short and most importantly items gone up in price tremendously and strings getting shorter and shorter.
A terrible experience. My husband ordered Cooper Pedy Opals for my Christmas gift. It was a good job I checked what was sent. No opals. Just beads from China (no idea what they where as no information). Plus a DVD. Not what we ordered. No explanation for where the opal beads are....so a complete waste of time. Plus the hassle of returning stuff we didn't order or want. Avoid. There are better jewellery suppliers out there.
Fed up of waiting 2 and even 3 weeks for items to be delivered and they say everybody pays the same low price ITS A LIE they never change to the lower price fed up of having to phone them but if you have a large order you don't always remember. Can someone tell me where in China I can buy cheaper please
RIPOFF MERCHANT'S thats what they should be called. I use to buy from them thinking they were an honorable company, boy was i wrong. They tell you ""your getting the best price for an item"", ""because they cut out the middle man"" LIES ALL LIES
I am buying the same products their selling and from the same place CHINA. Example.........
They sell 1 strand of freshwater pearls on average £12, I brought 5 strands yes 5 for £6.
1 strand of labradorite £7, I brought the same strand 78p yes 78p. When I saw this I was so angry i called them and spoke to so called manager, gues what she said......""WELL WE HAVE TO PAY FOR PRESENTERS AND STUDIO AND AIR TIME "" how dare they say that. Your not getting a bargain if u shop with them. The presenters like Zena and Carol sound ridiculous, all hipe, acting like their shocked at how low prices are when they already know. Only worthwhile watching to see demos and 1 presenter and that's Jenny clearly. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
The trouble with Jewellery Maker is the don’t have regular stock of anything. You buy something you like and when you want some more they don’t have it. This is the case with pretty much everything. I know that natural gemstones aren’t always readily available but what’s the excuse for findings? Other online sites have a continuous supply and you know that you can go back and get more. Also other sellers offer free delivery if you spend over a certain amount. Jewellery Maker charge an extortionate £3.95 even for something small. Their sterling silver prices are also over the top.
They advertise free strands for new customers but dont send them. Some of the telephone operators are a little rude when you call and some of the gems are poor quality and expensive
I am sure JewelleryMaker have blocked my phone after criticising some of their prices on a text to the studio. Anyone else experienced this phenomena ?.
The master classes are good to watch, some of the designers and presenters are fab, But.......
Be aware when shopping on this site if you want to get a complete order you have to phone order, the website is shockingly bad! But trying to use phone ordering when you are a new customer can also be a pain.. If you are a regular customer they prioritise them.. They say they don't but they do!
Many times I have been in the process of puchasing my basket and items have been taken out.. Even when I have completed orders and recieved email confirmation, Items have then later taken off..
They go on about being FAIR to all who want to buy, but It seems that jewellerymaker prioritise Phone orders more than customers who use the website or the app.. The website is always messing up.. How can it be fair when the website as a few seconds delay and when they finally put the item online it's sold out... They go on about being Fair, when phone buyers purchase 3, 4 ,5 or more of one item at a time..
I have been waiting 30 days so far to get my money back. There is no communication, no explanation, no answer to my emails, nothing. I had to call them 5 times and all 5 times different assistants were assuring me that the refund will be processed now. Let's see if I will ever get my money back, as promised again.
Avoid this website at all cost.
It has technical issues and an insecure setup, also when you try to sigh up and place an order it become a rat-race to get to the checkout before either the price goes up the item is bagged by people who have been with this site a long time.
Paypal dose not work either.
Worst of all I have been getting doggy fishing emails from con companies and JewelleryMaker was the only site I have used in this time. AVOID THEM.
I asked them to remove my details and they still have not.
This is an aweful wesbite they say LIVE and it is not.
