They work hard to deny your claim.
I had insurance with this group for roughly one year. I had a jewelry item stolen from me in transit, through the UPS service. This company attempted to use every trick in the book to deny my claim. I had informed them that I was going to be selling the item and would not be needing to auto renew my policy the following month. Once they learned of my claim, they informed me that they terminated my policy and claimed that I had specifically requested immediate termination, so they could attempt to sidestep the claim. At this point i had to reach out to the office of the commissioner of insurance at the state level. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Even if we had a genuine misunderstanding (which we did not), they are choosing to interpret to their benefit. I would highly advise keeping your business away from this company if you are looking for an insurance company that will actually help you when you need them. A bunch of snakes. And I hope the state not only forces them to provide the coverage, but also issues them a fine for attempting to defraud a customer.
