Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 171 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers appreciate the wide selection of jewelry available, finding the choice amazing and the styles unique. Reviewers often highlight the reasonable and affordable prices, especially considering the quality of the items received. The website is generally described as easy to use for ordering and customizing products, with good displays and descriptions. However, some customers also noted significant issues with product quality, such as gold plating wearing off quickly or stones falling out shortly after purchase. There are also concerns about items not matching their online descriptions or images, with colors and sizes differing from expectations. A few other people also felt that order tracking was not always reliable, and some experienced long processing times, leading to delays in receiving their items.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID! They make it seem they are UK based, they are not (Hong Kong & LA). All seems very legit on their website and social media. However they have over 10K followers on Instagram but basically zero engagement on their posts - that is a red flag, that screams a company that wants to appear legitimate and trustworthy but are actually not as it clearly bots for followers (wish I'd realised this before ordering). But hey 30 day returns so sure if it wasn't great it can be returned. I made an order and quickly realised I needed to cancel the order. I thought no problem, it was within a couple hours of ordering plus with 30 day returns (which after looking more into, there isn't any further info they provide on their 30 day return and seeing other reviews it is clear they still try to slap you with hidden fees!!). Anyway, I thought there will be no problem with cancelling. It took them almost 24hrs to reply, they told me the order was sent to the production team 2hrs after order made (I call rubbish on this nor do I see relevance, if you have 30 day returns, it makes no sense). They told me if I wish to cancel I would still be charged 30% of my order for "material fees". Like excuse me?! Materials they already would have and notice they hadn't said it was already in production, being made. But back to the 30 day return, if I can return a product within 30 days... would they charge me 30% material fees for this too?? I think not. Sounds extremely suss and made up as they go vibes. Extremely misleading company and I wish I had done more in depth research on them before ordering! It takes a lot for me to get duped by a company so I am annoyed with myself for not being more vigilant. I have a case open with who I paid through and I have no doubt I'll be getting my money back in full as no where stated they charge 30% of order to cancel an order not even in production or sent out but yet seemingly offer 30 day returns which you would assume would be a full refund...do yourself a favour and don't bother ordering from them. All the "good" reviews on Trust Pilot all read the same which makes me believe its bots or fake profiles that have written a lot of the "good" reviews. Do not trust this company as they clearly have a lot of hidden fees and don't obey by UK consumer laws.

Irish/EU customers stay away

If you are in Ireland or the EU don't bother. Bought a gift for my two girls(one for a birthday) with our photos in them for delivery within a few days. They then came back to me to get customs insurance of 20%. This alone was a red flag as such a practice is definitely against my understanding of customs laws having worked in taxes for 19 years. I immediately asked for a refund but they refused and told me they wouldn't charge this 20% but would take a little longer to process. To top it off I agreed to this slower method but they didn't even have it posted within a month of order. Ive again asked for a refund. That leads me to today, a few days before my daughters birthday. Save your time and shop local, youll probably end up having to anyway!!!!

Do not buy from this company AVOID

Do not buy from this company! The website is UK based but the jewellery comes from China and returns are to the US. The ring I bought is NOTHING like the picture at all and they are refusing to pay return shipping fees. I paid over £100 for a dull cheap tacky ring. Please do not waste your money.

Deceitful company that ghost you!

It is now over a month and I have still not received my order from Jeulia U.K. They have not answered my emails and they are totally ghosting me! They have U.K in their title, do not be fooled by this thinking they are based here, they actually have two offices, one in Hong Kong and one in Los Angles and that is where they send their products from. Their name is false advertising to make you think that you are buying from a legitimate U.K company, well they are not, AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Don’t waste your money on this…

Don’t waste your money on this jewellery- it doesn’t look so nice like on the picture- i regret that I bought waterfall earrings. Stones are not dazzling at all, earrings are much smaller and shorter than I expected. very sad I wasted money and didn’t send them back. people write it’s very hard to return, so I didn’t bother

Silver ring purchase

I bought a silver ring but on receipt it looked more like stainless steel against other silver rings which was disappointing. I messaged the company and then was advised this is silver and i should have it looked at and send a report to them with the results. As it was a larger size they call this custom so no refund allowed. So my mistake as cost more as bigger although it wasnt personalised in any way.

So beware..this isnt a company who have the same rules for return as others.

The website made the ring look better than it actually looks when received.

Wrong product sent

I ordered a ring from Jeulia and received one with the wrong stone. The item was not as described or as shown on their website. Instead of fixing their error at no cost, they insisted I pay the the shipping and offered only £10 in store credit — even though UK consumer law clearly states they must cover all costs for incorrect goods.

I’ve told them multiple times I will not pay extra to fix their mistake. My bank has now given them until 29 August 2025 to resolve the issue before I raise a dispute.

A company that won’t take responsibility for its own errors is not one I can recommend. Customers should not have to fight to have their consumer rights respected.
