Charging ridiculous fee for surname amendment ($138 SGD)

Charging ridiculous fee ($138 SGD) for just simple surname amendment. And your reasoning for this charges is due to reissuing of ticket which doesn’t make any justification especially it’s just reissue of eticket. Horrible experience. We will not recommend people to use your services.

Avoid at all cost, terrible service

booked with this "singapore" travel agent. turns out they are not in Singapore, they are based out of Australia, just have a singapore website address. The "Singapore" site says "Buy locally with peace of mind", and "Best customer service experience ratings". Those are total lies - they are not Singaporean, and customer service is limited to email to Australia, no hotline phone number locally. My experience: booked a return ticket from Singapore to Detroit for Sep 2025, the ticket comprised China Airlines and domestic Alaska Airlines. 1 week before my departure from Singapore, they just quietly sent me an email that the return leg of US domestic airline Alaska Airlines flight was cancelled by the domestic airline, without offering any solution. when i wanted to cancel the whole ticket, as there is no connection on my chosen return date to Singapore, they insisted on charging a "refund" fee of $150 per ticket (which is more than 10% of my ticket cost) even though they said there is "no" cancellation. What scammers! No cancellation fee but refund fee!!! I had to figure out my own solution, and when i asked for the domestic flight on the next day, they insisted to charge $80 per ticket for flight alteration! How else would i be able to return home without alteration if the domestic leg is cancelled through no fault of mine? in the end, i got trapped and had to pay an "alteration fee", which is less than the effective cancellation fee (disguised at a refund fee). Basically i got screwed by booking with this crappy online agent, which does nothing when there are problems with flights that are not my fault. Took me several days to fix this problem, just before i was to depart for Detroit. Should have booked directly with China Airlines, their service hotline representative advised that if i had booked directly on China Airlines website, would have helped with alternative dates without charge in my case. They also advised to avoid agents like this.

Scam…Be careful and think twice before…

Scam…Be careful and think twice before booking. The ticketing system and pricing is totally incomparable with other booking platform.
OVERPRICE is their technic and way of accumulating revenue.
I regretted for not viewing other platforms’ pricing as well as the negative reviews on this platform prior to my booking.
I bought 2 air tickets via Jettzy while I found out the ticket costs more than 30% of the price than other platforms right after my booking. That’s total ridiculous…same date, same timing, same flight and other platforms’ lower pricing are all lower than jettzy!! Furthermore, a 7 years old child’s ticket was cost more than an adult ticket!! What the hell is that?? Never encounter such nonsense ticketing with other platforms but only with this Jettzy, they can’t provide any clarifications or explanation on why a child ticket was charged more than adult ticket! This is totally not logical and A SCAM!!

In any way, pls avoid booking any air tickets from Jettzy and tourism integration limited. There are many more better and cheaper online booking platforms other than this sickening Jettzy.

this company advertised one-way…actually acted another

this company advertised one-way non-stop flight from SG to Melbourne on Fiji Airways under SGD700. I felt it was reasonable since i had checked out Fiji Airways was a full carrier that offered in-flight meals and entertainment, so i proceeded to book for the daily flight out of Singapore on Sunday, 20th July 2025, 9pm.

The moment i made the booking confirmation, i received email confirmation of the flight and receipt. However, when i clicked on the booking number embedded within to find my booking on their site, it showed a different picture: no checked-in baggage provision, no inflight meal and entertainment .. these are inconsistent with a full carrier like Fiji Airways. I did not think much, so i proceeded to purchase the check-in baggage capacity with this company.

Later, i realised the tickets also did not come with seat selection, inflight meals and entertainment. When i clicked on their relevant links to make the additional purchases, i was brought to Jetstar website! Again, I did not think much as it was mentioned the Fiji Airways flight would be managed by Jetstar so i proceeded to add another $65 to the total ticket fees for 2 pax.

Then came the biggest shock of all: i received an alert mail from this company, literally at the last moment, on Sunday, 20th July, 11:36am to be precise .. the evening I was to fly off to Melbourne, that the flight had been cancelled! No reason was given, and no alternative arrangement made, just .. cancelled, period.

When i wrote to this company to understand more, the customer service officer simply directed me to Jetstar site for further help. That was it .. they would do no further. It was so irresponsible and I was left devastated, to our own demise. What would happen to our Aussie holidays now, with only less than 10 hours for me to react/scramble my own way out to Melbourne in order to keep my Aussie itinerary on schedule .. my heart was crying inside.

In the final analysis, this whole Fiji Airways flight thing was a scam and as this company had actually lured (kayak) customers to its sales campaign in a deceitful manner by fronting Fiji Airways over what was actually a Jetstar flight. I was cheated into having paid full carrier flight fees for budget starter flight tickets, where i would later separately add check-in baggage with this company, seat selection/inflight meal & entertainment purchases to the full carrier ticket prices.

To all innocent and honest customers out there, beware of this company and do not patronize them.

Stu*** customer service named (Anna)

Stu*** customer service named (Anna), upon purchasing the tickets I had given a correct passengers details with KrisFlyer membership details. Their officer put in the wrong method, for example without spacing, which now caused that I could not add my memberships. Fun fact I purchased a return flight, one of the booking is correct with what i provided, and the return flight passengers' details are wrong. The problem is why dont they keep it consistent and follow what a customer has given them the details? If there is a review to vote for Jettzy to close down, I do hope it happen. Poor customer service, poor platform, scammer is the right word to choose.

Booked a flight wrongly

Booked a flight wrongly, wanted to land on Tokyo on the 18th March 2025 so I chose the date 18th March. Only upon payment, then the pop up shows you are flying on 18th March and landing on 19th March. Upon realising the mistake, I tried to call them but they don't have an active hotline. I called Scoot up and they said the booking hasn't been confirmed yet. So i tried to reach out to Jettzy by email but in vain. The booking continued to be processed after 90mins. The next day, a guy called Peter D from Jettzy replied saying they can help change to an indirect flight and the flight that I intended is full. I was flabbergusted, why would they suggest an indirect flight? Also they lied about the flight being full after I confirmed with Scoot again. After the Peter D episode, another staff name Andrea took over, she did not solve the problem and again lied about the flight being full. This booking saga is making this trip a truly memorable one. So my experience is don't ever try your luck booking your overseas trips with Jettzy, they are a group of scammers and liars.

Exorbitant Change Fees and Poor Customer Service - Avoid Jettzy!

This was my first experience with Jettzy.com.sg. I booked a flight for my spouse and me costing around $500. Later, due to personal reasons, I needed to change the flight dates. After lengthy email discussions, Jettzy quoted a total fee of SGD 1,064 for the change request, even though I could book a new flight for around SGD 400. It was a really ridiculous experience. I strongly advise against booking with Jettzy.
