Absolute disgrace of a company ( one…

Absolute disgrace of a company ( one man band Daniel Reilly) £13439.00 you have stole from my family. You have had meetings at the airport promising you would refund everyone's money within 3-4 weeks and again that was a lie. I hope you had a great Christmas because you ruined 100's of adults and kids holidays then having to pay for another holiday on the promise you were refunding within weeks which you did not do. That money that everyone was promised back would of gone on christmas or electric bills. Hope Spain is treating you well you will not be welcomed in Liverpool hope all your other companies that are on Company House are all affected by your fraudulent behaviour an ex-police officer i do wonder why you are no longer in the force Dirty cop????

I would give 0 Stars If I could

I would give 0 Stars If I could. I had my holiday cancelled less than 24 hours before we were due to fly. It was an incredibly upsetting and stressful time. Apparently it was due to a contractual dispute between them and the airline they were using but they cancelled our rooms too! So no option to try get a different flights. Not enough time/money to try sort another full package holiday out. Added to that, they claim they are fully licensed , as if it ATOL protected but they are not. They simply have a Spanish license to operate. The website is very misleading. I have not had a single penny of nearly £1K back yet and nobody ever replies. Unfortunately in the small print of my travel insurance because the holiday company cancelled the package holiday and not because of the airline that the flights that were cancelled they wont pay out. I paid up this holiday stupidly using bank card so no idea how or if I will ever get my £1000 back. There are lots of families out of pockets. Avoid avoid avoid. Nothing but thieves.

Jetsgo: use section 75 to claim a refund.

Jetsgo are not coming forward with refunds or even any communication. I would recommend to people out of pocket to request a refund through section 75 of the credit card act as I have done. you can do this on line through your card issuer. It's easy to apply and they do the leg work but it does take several weeks.

Shambles of a company holiday cancelled…

Shambles of a company holiday cancelled on the 1st oct we were due to fly on the 2nd oct I phone the hotel they had booked us into and Jets go had cancelled our rooms on Monday 26th Oct with no reason to the hotel
Travel insurance say as they have stopped trading its not there issue and need to contact Jets go mmm..... anyone else get any other advice

Avoid Jetsgo

Flights cancelled by email at last minute when we were already travelling to Inverness from Thurso for a 9am flight from Inverness on Sunday 2nd October. No further communication from company re our refund. Their website is still up and running and says they are “100% Financially Protected”, although no mention of ATOL, only that they are licenced by the Spanish Tourism Industry.

Out of pocket and no holiday

As per several recent reviews, we also had our Inverness to Majorca holiday cancelled at the last minute and despite emails and fruitless calls we are getting no response from the company regarding the full refund promised. I just need to know has the company gone bust? Should I be claiming my money back via the credit card company or my travel insurance?? Any advice out there??

Awful Thousands out of pocket!!

Awful don't go near them! Booked a holiday to Majorca from Inverness with JetsGo in 2020. Postponed due to covid. They cancelled holiday giving 7 days notice blamed it on the pound crashing and rise in fuel costs (airline wanted more money from them) They said we would get a full refund but if paid 18 months ago to request chargeback at bank. Bank will not do this as its over 540 days ago. JetsGo not responding to emails. Over £3k out of pocket! Sort it out JetsGo ASAP! There are lots of familes out of pocket because of you!

!! AVOID !! CEASED TRADING !!

Received and e-mail from JetsGo Holidays whilst in Palma, Mallorca stating the following:

"We regret to advise that we have had no choice but to cancel all future flights between Inverness and Majorca, despite our best efforts we have faced a multitude of issues recently which has made it impossible for us to operate as we had planned.
The airline operating the flights has increased the costs at the last minute by over £50 per person due to the increase in oil price and the recent collapse in the value of the British Pound, while the airline is permitted to pass this cost onto us through a clause in the contract we are unable to pass this onto the end user. In addition to this, the vast majority of the hotels we work with provide their pricing in Euros, the price is converted to Pounds at time of booking but this has meant the price in Pounds is now considerably higher due to the collapse in value of the British currency, as a result of the combination of both it has meant we can no longer offer the planned services without suffering unsurmountable financial losses which we cannot afford.

It has been an incredibly difficult two years due to the impact of Government covid-19 restrictions on the travel industry, while we have finally seen a recovery in travel demand, the impact from covid and the invasion of Ukraine continues to present massive problems and despite our best efforts we must now face the heart breaking decision to close our business, we no longer feel it is viable to continue operating in the current climate given the incredibly challenging outlook, as a result from today we will cease trading.

All customers will have their flights refunded to their original method of payment along with compensation for any additional flight costs and the inconvenience caused."

The website is still live but PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Cancelled our flight from Inverness to…

Cancelled our flight from Inverness to Palma with seven days notice due to rising costs. Company uncontactable by any mode. Shoddy service. Repeatedly emailed re our refund of over £1500 no reply from jetsgo.Avpud this company they did the exact same in 2021 and cancelled this flight with notice of days.

Cancelled holiday at last minute

I can't rate my holiday as they cancelled the whole thing at the last minute. The email said its because the "airline operating the flights has increased the costs at the last minute by over £50 per person" and they are "unable to pass this onto the end user." I'd rather pay an extra £50 than have the whole thing cancelled at the last minute. The flight is from Inverness, of which I live 2 hours north of, so getting a holiday from another airport is too difficult at this late stage. Jetsgo Holidays can't be contacted either, an utter shambles.

great holiday and great to be from a local airport.…

The holiday itself was great and the booking and comfirmation was straigtforward and easy. The hotel was brilliant, but why I only gave it 4 stars was the flight. Apart from the terrible times the flight with Air Europa was not a pleasant one. The company said they had offered us coffee and sandwiches but al we got was a choice of Fanta or water and a bag of assorted goodies. no choice of sandwich or coffee which would have been welcome since we had no breakfast. Still Jetsgo is a good company to book with.

Turned up at Teesside airport today for…

Turned up at Teesside airport today for our 11.55 flight to Palma (as per flight voucher issued from jets go), only to be told there was no such flight. Contacted jets go customer services who could not tell me why I was given a flight voucher for a flight that did not exist, this was despite me contacting them 2 days ago to ensure the flights were going ahead. There were another 3 people at the airport given the same bogus flight information. I was told that someone from head office would contact me as matter of urgency, still waiting 7 hours later.

Unhappy about changes to flight times

Very disappointed to receive email with changes to both outward and inbound flight times (2-9 October).
Considering we're in our seventies we're being forced to get up at 2 am for 6 am flight, spoiling our last day. We'd never have booked if we'd known this beforehand.

The flight time changes are outside of our control, we are not the airline and although disappointing it is within the terms and conditions that flight times can be changed by the airline for operational reasons. Our priority has been to ensure people are still able to get on holiday after 2 years of covid cancellations and being told you cannot even leave the country.

JetsGo family holiday to majorca

Booking with JetsGo was easy and we felt the holiday was good value. Leaving from the city airport was really convenient for us. It was great to be able to log into my booking at any time and see all my documents. The regular emails were also useful to keep me up to date with necessary requirements for checking in, covid updates and flight information. I would definitely book with JetsGo again.

Great flight

Great flight. Nice and spacious seating, Rows of 2. Very handly flying into Belfast City airport.
Only downside was no food or drinks to purchase as it was a charter. Not a problem if you know this before you board

Unfortunately this is an external catering issue affecting the supplier British Airways use from Belfast, normally the charter flights include a full buy on board service, however due to 'post covid' recovery issues the catering company could only provide the complimentary snack and tea/coffee on these flights instead.
