Worst terms and conditions I’ve seen

Curiously only one other review on here mentions withdrawals. Can't imagine anyone who is trying to get their money out could rate this place highly.

They really make cashing out as difficult as possible. First of all you must manage to have the minimum amount of funds to withdrawl which is 250 euros, astronomically high compared to anywhere else, $100 is what I would consider high but this is another level.

the you must not exceed the Max which is 1000 euro. Which means you have a range of 750 euros to cash out which is very limiting.

but it gets better, you can only cash out on 250% of your total deposits to date, I.e. if you had only deposited 100 euro(maybe you have had a win early on in your time there, god forbid right) then you are only able to cash out 250% of 100 euros. So basically you aren't allowed to do too well at this casino without paying your dues first. Probably the most single sided unfair casino I've come across.

but even if you manage all that you might think, at least I'll get my cash out soon and that will be good... wrong, don't be silly you have a time frame of 72 hours to 15 days for processing, 15 days?! And that's just for processing. I would love To know what possible reason they have to justify 15 days. I have asked and they obviously don't have a single justifiable reason for this wait other than the terms and conditions state this so it has to be adhered to. Last time I checked terms aren't there to dictate how efficiently or effectively you do your job, I.e. processing, they are there to ensure fair and professional behaviour, so there is no reason they can't do it in a day. The terms is just a convenient excuse. Ofc the terms say usually done in 72 hours which is of course a lie, they haven't even looked at mine or been able to give an estimated time 6 days later.

this is quite clearly an egregious and reprehensible irresponsible gambling practice as the truly hope you'll cancel your withdrawal in this time. That is the only justifiable logic they have for the wait. So they are aiding and abetting you to cancel and gamble your winnings.

not to mention they say their support is always available. That's a bold faced lie, they are only online for a few hours of the day and when they are the are useless, they try get You to email the finance team but the finance team don't respond and the email address doesn't seem like the finance teams email but that's just me. They refuse to give any specifics even though apparently the reason  for the long withdrawal times is because they want to ensure security and try uphold transparency at all times, which is the biggest load of rubbish. Other sites maintain security while processing cash outs in hours.

last two points, they have the audacity to spam me with referral bonus emails whilst actively not cashing me out. Like why the hell would I send a friend to the site when it seems Like they are not going to pay me out.

lastly you'll more than likely forget to use your deposit free spins, because there is no notification, nothing in your bonus section, no email confirmation and you aren't told what game you received them in. So you actually have to speak to support just to get your free spins but they aren't ever available so that's a lot of fun.

sorry for the lengthy review but I hate these people.
