If you care at all about your car, your peace of mind, or basic human decency, do not use this car park. I returned from a trip to find my car smashed into — and I was met not with help or support, but with cold, condescending excuses.
The staff couldn’t have been more useless if they tried. No offer of assistance. No concern. No apology. Just a smug “you park at your own risk” line, as if that excuses everything. But here’s the kicker: their website proudly advertises the car park as safe and secure. So which is it? Safe and secure — or total free-for-all where damage is your problem and they wash their hands of it?
They refused to provide CCTV footage, wouldn’t escalate the issue, and showed absolutely zero empathy. Instead, they got defensive and argumentative while I'm shaken and upset, just wanted answers. It was disgusting to watch unfold.
This company is a disgrace — vile, dishonest, and utterly shameless. They’ll take your money with promises of security, then leave you stranded when something goes wrong. Don’t trust a word they say.
Avoid like the plague!!!
JET PARKING AT LUTON. AVIOD AT ALL COST. Thier post code getting in was wrong. Very confusing. Parking spots closed, with no way out. No Map. No way to understand what car parks are open or closed. Bus stops are labelled as closed. Very bad Luton Airport parking. Getting back 1 week later was worse. No way to understand what bus you need for what service. Bus drivers will help, yet there is no clear information as how to get the right bus back. Luckily I had a nice bus driver who took 2 adults 1 child back. They didn't have to do that.
Jetparks 3 review Manchester. Great if it's dry and you can wheel your cases on good tarmac. Add in rain and the poor state of the ground and your getting filthy. Buses - a joke to have advertising across all the windows - can't see a thing and where you are whilst back at the parking. Some drivers help, some don't. No consistency. For the price not again.
Arrived at 4am and barrier wouldn’t lift. No response to pressing button, rang contact number but recorded message advised helpline only opened 8am - 5pm. With no way of gaining assistance had to park at radisson blu (who were extremely helpful). Refund eventually obtained but didn’t make up for the stress and anxiety caused by almost missing flight to daughter’s wedding. Or the high cost of emergency parking. Would never use again!
Have used Ringways and Jet Parks 3 many times but after our recent experience i will not be using them again,No where near enough Buses to cover passengers wanting to get to the terminals and we were the lucky ones when flying out,As Driver simply had no more space driving past stop after stop filled with expectant customers,No way they come every 10 to 15 mins either !!! Also had a scrum coming back to get on the bus for our return transfer,Also stood up for the whole journey,Total Shambles !!
Absolutely dreadful, didn’t even access the car park due to not being given the right reference number, no contact number for these people. Filled out the online enquiry form and heard nothing back. Had to pay a further £145 to a different company for parking and now awaiting some kind of response and a refund.
Never again will I use this service.
Very unprofessional shuttle buses driver on collection from car park to airport. Then on return rather than busses every 15 minutes as advertised left waiting for over half an hour for one.
Does not live up to the advertised service. Avoid.
Lies.
Their website advertised 5 min transfer, and oddly, on another page, it states 7-9 min transfer.
Booked jet park3 , easy enough.
Advertised times are a complete lie.
Arrived at the car park, found a spot to park after a few minutes.
You get out of your car and you’re looking for the shuttle bus, or a reception, there is no reception. JP3 is very large car park.
With no real ideas where to go for the bus, we looked around and saw a couple of people rushing through the car park, so we followed them, at this point we could see they were heading for shuttle bus off in the distance, but it left before we got there. So we waited at one of the car parks shuttle bus stops/ pick up points.(92)
At this pick up point it said 22 minuets to terminal 2. Haha
As mentioned, this car park is large, from the moment we stood at the bus stop, it took 1 hr to exit it. (because there are many stops in this car park)
The drive to T2 took around 15 minutes. In total 1hr and 15 minutes , we arrived at the airport 1hr before take off.
The couple that were rushing through the car park to catch the shuttle, mentioned to us that their flight was leaving in 1.5 hrs. They got on the same bus as us, so unless their flight was delayed, they must have missed their flight.
On return. You wait at jet parks bus stop at terminal 2, easy to find and a short walk. The 1st bus couldn’t fit us in, so we had to wait for another one, which took ages to arrive, when it did, it let some people off, but it was still half full, we managed to get this bus, but standing room only, other weren’t so lucky, they had to wait for a 3rd bus.
From the time we arrived at the pick up point, In total, it took 50min to get back to the car park. Awful service, never used them before, and never will again.
Side bar.
I have used another parking company once before , they are APH The difference between APH and Jetparks is night and day.
APH, you drive in, pull up by the reception, give your keys in at the reception desk,, (they park your car) You walk out the other side of the reception, and there is a bus stand 5 seconds away.
Buses leave every 15 mins, (our bus was already at the bus stop) then add the 15 min transfer time to the airport, max time 30 mins. Stress free.
Avoid Jet parks, use APH
Shocking is the only word to use never will I park with them and I will advise anyone against parking there.
Car park was muddy a puddles everywhere when pulling a case and pushing a pushchair not great then you wait 20 minutes for a bus that you can’t get on because it’s already full so two babies waiting in the rain with no help from the bus driver who was so rude. One bus when they know it’s a busy time for flights 6am in the morning.
Then on return queued for another hour and again walking through mud and puddles
Never again please use another car park if you can
SHOCKING
Once past the barrier there are very few signs to help drivers navigate the car park. People were driving round and round trying to find a space. Once parked it there is nothing to indicate where to get a bus. We were on the upper level and you have to make your way down a flight of steps and over rough ground to reach the bus stop. Almost wrecked the suitcase wheels. Will never user this lot again
We had our suitcase stolen off the Jet parks bus on the way to Manchester Airport. The bus was carnage so we were forced to sit at the back and when we came to leave our suitcase had gone!! No one really wanted to help us, a disastrous start to our holiday! I would not feel comfortable using this service again
Used Jet Parks 1 Manchester - on arriving back on 29th April 2025 had a 45 minutes wait for a bus. Eventually, after reporting the issue to other Jet Parks bus drivers a relief bus turned up. The driver told us a new taxi park at the entrance to Jet Parks 1 was causing severe disruption to the bus service as the taxi's were blocking the exit from the car park, and also a large queue to get into the the car park was also causing delays. When we got back to the car park we saw the issue for ourselves! How stupid to put a taxi park in such a place which is clearly woefully inadequate!
Struggled to find a space upon arrival at Jet parks 3. Returned to find the rear quarter of the car has received a major shunt and a scrape.
Now scratching around for help with who to contact CCTV (if the area is covered).
£60 plus for 5 days and possibly a £1000 plus worth of damage.
Update.. Both Aph and Manchester airport advise contact the other. No idea whether there ever was any sort of surveillance at the Carpark. If so it's largely useless as nobody will help you.
Even a sorry we don't have any footage would be better than the silence.
Ignored.
The spaces were quite tight, the car would probably be safer left on a street somewhere.
Have just used this on the outbound leg. Easy to find, decent car park and good shuttle. Shuttle driver named Mark was super helpful and a lovely bloke
Used this service 31st Jan to 15th Feb, won’t be using again. So many potholes on the car park and not lit up enough. Difficult to pull suitcases or find a bus stop if parked at the top level as no signs. Waited over 25 mins at 4:40am for a bus to come and collect from T2, was told that driver swap over at 5am well that’s not a customer's problem! Finding the exit also a major issue here as only exit signs visible for walking not cars.
Used for 5+ holidays always very happy with the experience at jet parks 3 in Manchester. Easy to get in and out. Transfer bus is regular and easy to catch. Maybe once it was overcrowded but definitely not on this most recent holiday 31st Jan to 9th feb
If your vehicle is stolen you cannot claim off jet parks itsnot secure parking it may have a barrier but that's passable with ease as shown on cctv shows our vehicle entering and leaving with the thieves on board avoid this sh&t company!!
Manchester Jet Parks...The Bus to the airport was absolutely rammed, on return waited ages for a bus and by the time it got to the last terminal the bus was completely rammed again, and had to leave most of the passengers behind...after a long flight thats the last thing you want ....Come On Manchester sort these issues out....
Hard to find any free space, no security on site and buses run once per hour.
Will never use again.
Manchester Ringway site seems to run at near full capacity so there are only a few spare spaces which take ages to find.
Security seems a bit doubtful too. Place is completely open and anyone can just wander in and out. I never saw a single member of staff other than the bus driver either during the day or when I returned at night. If there is security on patrol then they must be well camouflaged.
Buses supposed to be every 15 minutes. I waited close to an hour for a bus to the airport. Buses only picked up from the stops near the gate, none of them bothered coming down to the far end (stops 110 and 111). About a 40 minute wait on the way back from the airport and the people in front of me had waited close to an hour.
Won't use again, would rather pay extra and go elsewhere.
