No driver was waiting for us after our very long flight......only after I rang did they send a car + I booked a fancy car for my family & we did not get one!

When speaking to the operator on the phone he only had excuses, did not own up to the mistake & I had to push to get a partial refund.

I cannot recommend this company & I will NOT use them again.

Ps.....just read the reply to my complaint from jet limo......they claim that I booked the car service with only a few hours notice......how could I do that if our flight from Sydney to Hawaii was 10hrs long???!!!! The facts is I booked them 1 week in advance. 2nd fact is the driver who eventually picked us up & the operator informed us jetlimo does NOT have luxury vans or drivers in Hawaii - his company was a sub-contractor for them. 3rd fact.....they would not have given me a partial refund if I didn’t ring to complain PLUS PUSH for it in our 20min call.

So......please STOP telling lies & own up to your mistakes & delete the luxury van option for Oahu on year booking website.

Have used Jetalimo twice now. They were fantastic. The first time i gave them very short notice to take my son and his friend at 5am to the airport and they came through. I then used them for myself. Very professional. I would recommend them anytime.

The driver was outside waiting...even though our bus got delayed

It was the most horrible experience ever. They advertize: meet and greet, but there is no such thing in Salt Lake City Airport.
No one was meeting to greet me when I came down to the luggage area. I had to pick up my luggage myself, had to find a door somewhere in the airport where the driver was waiting. The driver texted me constantly to give directions on how to find him.
Then the ride was not even 3,5 miles and they charged 94 dollars! Outragous.
I gad pre-ordered a return trip, but I decided to cancel that instantl.

However their website does not allow you to cancel on line, their links don't work. I called, got somebody on the phone and canceled, when I asked for a confirmation email, he said I had to call a different number.
To my surprise Iwas connected to Israel, where their headquarters are apparantly. I explained the situation, asked for a cancellation confirmation email but the guy said that is was not necessary.
Then the next day I got an email from Anna, who told me to cancel on-line!! That did it, I emailed her back telling her I called everybody and that the website did not allow me to cancvel.
In the end the ride was canceled and now I am waiting to get my money back from the pre-paid retunr trip. Whichwould have been over 80 dollars for a ride of 3.5 miles.

Horrible company!!! Find rides through LYFT or UBER but never Jetaalimo again!

Transfers were on time and drivers were friendly and helpful.
Vehicles were clean and safe. We had to change times as our flights were delayed and this was no problem

Service was perfect and so was the responsiveness to my requests. Prices were also very competitive vs alternatives that were checked.

Got a quote online and booked, only to receive an email 2 weeks later saying there was an error and my price was wrong. I could either pay more than double the fee or cancel, leaving me to start my search again for transport. not a great service. Other reputable businesses would (out of good will) have honoured the price quoted as it was their mistake. Not happy!

We needed an airport transfer for a client that was going to arrive in Israel. Edna gave us a very good service, doing an outstanding effort to help us. The service was comfortable, good ans responsible.

Our client arrived to the destiny with no problems an very happy for the arrangement.

Driver showed up 1.5 hours late, then asked us to meet him outside somewhere (we declined). The van was quite dirty on the outside, and there were used napkins on the seat when I was going to get in. To be fair, he was a safe driver and actually quite nice, but showing up 1.5 hours late due to "traffic" (when there were many, many other drivers already there waiting for their guests) is just unacceptable.

Update: Jetalimo responded here, and indeed did provide a full refund. Nobody's perfect, and all we can ask is that things are made right, and Jetalimo did that here. I would recommend they change their verbiage on their future responses, as when they write, "I'm afraid that your complaint is indeed accurate", it conveys the message that they didn't believe me in the first place - not a great thing to imply when someone's a bit ticked off.
