Update(5:50am 2/25/19): I replied via the jet.com email address listed below and it was a complete waste of my time. I think the reply is to give the appearance that they are acknowledging complaints etc but that's all it is. They aren't making anything right or resolving their problems. I placed a complaint with the BBB and noticed that they had several similar complaints from people. In the history of ordering things online this was the worst experience of my life. Oh, well lesson learned. --End of update(5:50am 2/25/19)
I placed an order for furniture but it didn't arrive. I was told that it was put on the truck on the same day it was suppose to be delivered. According to the fedex site & the jet.com rep, the package is being delivered from a facility 45 minutes from me. Now, I'm being told that I would have to wait another 3 days(but this isn't guaranteed) for the package (which is alleged only 45 minutes away) and if I'm not home then FedEx will leave my huge package in front of the door. So, I asked to cancel the order and was told that I can't cancel it. I would have to wait to return the item when I get it but no one knows when that will be. So, I'm out my $186.11 and I don't have the furniture. I wish I would have done the research on this site before ordering.

I ordered two of Baxton Sintra cabinets. Picture and secretion show and say silver handles and legs.
Why did I get both cabinets with UGLY cheap looking plastic brown legs???? The description CLEARLY SAYS “SILVER HANDLES AND LEGS” I want silver legs sent to me. I need a total of 8 for both the cabinets I ordered. If I wanted cabinets with brown legs I would have bought them like that. I specifically ordered these cabinets bc I liked the silver legs. Also the front right corner of the wood on one cabinet is warped & there’s like a bubble bump
The other cabinet has deep scratches on the top part.
This is how we received the items with boxes all wet and ripped open.
Needless to say I am not a happy customer right now. I did not know I was buying damaged goods. I’d like someone to rectify my issues.
Well the 1st guy who responded to me acted like he didn’t understand why i was complaining. Total ignorance. The 2nd person tomrepsonse answer was basically saying “oh well too bad so sad” “send them back and we’ll refund you”. I am beyond irritated. All I want are the legs shown in the picture and stated in the items description. Why can’t jet contact the merchant and figure out why they sent the wrong item and get them to send the right ones. Bad business in my opinion.
I’ll let everyone know how bad the customer service is when a customer is falsely misled to buy something that is falsely advertised.

Worst company ever. My daughter was sent a gift from this company. She already had multiple copies of the gift. I called the number to return it and this was their response: I needed to contact the gift giver, they needed to call Jet.com, Jet.com would then send them the return label which in turn they would have to send to me. I would have to return the package and the credit would go back to the gift giver. Why would anyone ever purchase and send a gift from this website. Makes absolutely no sense. WILL NEVER SHOP FROM THEM! Is it their goal to make the return so difficult that people simply keep the item...sure seems that way.

Recently, I purchased a futon from Jet. I was unhappy with the final product; it was uncomfortable, and smaller than I expected. Nothing about the description was incorrect, however, and I had thrown away the original packaging.
Jet was great. They scheduled the return (even though I was also late requesting it), covered shipping, dealt with the box situation, and gave me a full refund. I'm sometimes hesitant to purchase such large items online for fear of the hassle/cost of the return if I don't like it. I won't be when ordering from Jet in the future.

They refuse to cancel orders trying to ship stuff to people to make them have to ship them back i ordered something that i was supposed to be refunded from another company for and they refuse to cancel it less then 2 hours after ordering it wouldn't and wont ever use them again. I just started using trustpilot and dont know if it allows people to see the response from the company you give negative reviews about but they said they do free returns but why would there have to be a return on something that should have been cancelled and not sent out in the first place their response shows no one really read what the issue is with their company still wont ever use them again

Ordered some running shoes since their price was cheaper than Amazon. It was supposed to deliver in plenty of time to use on a trip I was taking. Several days later they cancel the order with no explanation. I should have bought on Amazon in the first place since that's where I had to order the shoes from anyway. (And pay extra for 1-day shipping in order to get the shoes on time.) Thanks for the $10 lesson, Jet!

I also ordered an Apple iPod on sale from Jet and was advised that it would be delivered around 11/27. When it did not arrive I called and was advised that they oversold and were having trouble getting them from Apple. I have now received an email advising me that the order was cancelled. My question is, why are they still offering them for sale at the regular, non-sale price if they can't get them from Apple?
what a waste of time. Ordered an ipad on black Friday sale. website showed in-stock, ready to ship and will be delivered in 5 days. Order never showed up, just a email on the delivery date saying order has been delayed. reached out to their horrible customer service just run arounds. finally got an email today saying " YOU successfully cancelled your order". i did not! i am still waiting on that item as the black friday prices are no longer applicable. made a huge mistake buying from jet.com should have purchased from target or walmart, they had the same price. now my only choices are to pay them full price.... horrible customer service. you have been warned!!!

ordered some merchandise on jet.com and was told that I would get them about 2 or 3 days later end up getting them about a week and a half later poor communications they suck and they're not worth doing business they suck

This is the best "new kid on the block" in the world of online shopping. While Jet.com is not new, they have been gaining a lot of popularity recently. I have ordered a bunch of items through them and shipping is always lightning quick. In fact, many times they ship out much faster than Amazon, and I get my items the next day without having to pay anything for shipping. I love their "easy re-order" functionality, makes buying things you need regularly a breeze! I find myself often looking for things on Jet.com before I look for them on Amazon, that should tell you something!

Have not had any issues with them so far. I've ordered large furniture pieces and they have come intact, all pieces there, non damaged. The only thing that I did not like was the shipping, not sure if now they might have a limit on how much you have to buy before you get free shipping or not but that is the only real downfall.
Have not had to contact customer service for anything, so I cannot attest to the experience there.
Cheap prices on products, it stems from Walmart so it is to be expected in terms of what you are getting for certain prices.

Bait and switch. Order made, was told to wait until order eta. Nothing came, contacted Jet and told National backorder. “Place an order for xxx and we will apply the balance”. XXX turned out to be TWICE THE PRICE. Order from eBay or amazon over these crooks. You’ve been warned!
