Been on couple of Jet2 holidays and was brilliant but when it come to cancelling my holiday this year i thought it was disgracefull i didn't mind loosing my deposit but to charge me £160 admin fee is out of order it will be last time i use Jet2
Disgraceful. Thank you (not) for your no-show airport run this morning. Despite numerous texts and calls, no response or answer. Finally after half hour from the time we booked for the driver texts to say he’s going to be another half hour. So an hour late. No thanks, rebooked with Aqua who bailed us out to get to the airport on time. Utter disgrace. Do not use based on this experience

we hired a minibus to take a group of us to a surprise birthday party.
The driver was on time, polite and we enjoyed a smooth journey there and back.
The vehicle was spotlessly clean both inside and out.

Jet connect have dealt with various trips to goodwood events that I've arranged over the years,they are always on time and with a nice clean minibus,they allow drink to be consumed which many companies don't and we have always been picked up and dropped off where agreed,overall a very good company to use for your trips/excursions. Would always recommend !
As part of a recent Hen-Do weekend (Friday 3rd - Sunday 5th June) we hired Jet Connect through a subsidiary company, to take us to Portsmouth and back. Jet Connect specialise in Mini Bus hire within the Portsmouth area and thought this was a great choice, seeing as myself and the rest of the party were from Swindon and we did not know the Portsmouth area. What a complete and utter shambles this decision turned out to be.
We originally booked the Mini Bus to collect our group from Swindon at 12:00pm Friday 3rd June, as we needed to make sure everyone was on time for the Mini Bus we contacted the subsidiary company the Friday before to ask for the Mini Bus to collect us at 1:00pm, as this would allow time for anyone who may have been running late. The bus decided to turn up over 2 hours late, which meant that our Friday activities in Portsmouth had to be cancelled. Granted there was traffic on the way to Portsmouth, however over two hours late from our new revised time is unacceptable.
With the plan changed for what activities we were going to do on the Friday, we proceeded to have a great weekend, well until we were due to be picked up by Jet Connect on the Sunday at 7:00am. The driver turned up over an hour late and all he said was 'sorry I over slept'.
Anyway, when we got home on the Sunday our Hen wrote a review on Jet Connects Facebook page, a gentleman called Mike replied and said it was the subsidiary company's fault (who we booked through) that the Mini Bus was late, as there was a mis-communication. Ok, I get there was a mix up which can happen, but if you are advertising your services on a subsidiary company's website so that mis-communication is between you - we as your customers' were left waiting twice. If there was a mis-communication surely you should have picked us up at our original time of 12:00pm?
In fact Mike proceeded to blame us for leaving the Mini Bus in a state - which is untrue. Yes, we had drink on the Mini Bus (which we were allowed) and my friend made sure all spillages were cleaned up - I know this as all we had to clean up the spillages were make-up wipes! I know you may be thinking that a Hen-Do bunch maybe rowdy and messy etc, but the youngest we had on board was 24. We were all adults who took responsibility for making sure the bus was not left in a state, well, free from our mess anyway. The Mini Bus itself was obviously in a dyer need of a good clean on the inside, before we stepped foot onto it!
A few of us then commented on the post on Facebook and we were all eventually blocked with no apology being given. In all my life I have never experienced a company that would go to such lengths to not provide an apology, especially when they were in the wrong. It seems they like to block you on Facebook and delete your comments to protect their own reviews, suspicious really when searching on Facebook you can find people complaining on their statues about how Jet Connect left them stranded at an airport, yet all reviews they have on their page are all 5*.
I have come onto Trust Pilot to leave a review of this company where I know this will not be deleted. I want to get the word out how appalling this company is, and what extremes they go too in order to not provide an apology for their mistake. If you use a subsidiary company it is both your responsibilities to ensure good customer service is given, do not pass the blame for your obvious incompetence - especially seeing as it wasn't the subsidiary company's fault for you 'over sleeping'.
