I have been interacting with support since 05/27 and they always respond 1 or 2 days later after asking me a question.
They don't know why the bot isn't working and don't want to refund me

Fake performance. Liquidations. Lies.
"top bot" performance figures are dubious and the owner refuses to explain how they are calculated. Further, the user who created most of the "top bots" is none other than the company owner himself. Anyone asking difficult questions on the Telegram group gets removed and negative conversations deleted. Oh, and 100% of my account got vaporised (liquidated due to excessive losses) along with what I imagine to be most of their other users and nobody is saying a word about it. Avoid this company at all costs.

Lost 1200 USD, worst experience ever.
Paid 45$ a month to a top trader to manage the bot, the subscription costed 39$ extra.
The top trader as well as the bot failed to save the funds in the dip.
DO NOT TRUST THEIR PLATFORM YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY.
