Item faulty, never reply’s to emails.

Finally after contacting ceo on esty item has been replaced. apparently emails went into spam, not sure why phone call was not responded too. unfortunately will not purchase from this company, brimtoy or esty in the future.
Purchased some items a few weeks ago and received an email saying I would get another email once the items have been dispatched.
I didn't hear anything so contacted the admin and they've said I need to make payment. This is where it gets confusing...
The purchase was for a school so we use purchase orders all the time. They gave the option on check out for Purchase order so this was selected.
I responded to the admin and asked them to look into this. I then had no response a few days later so I had to prompt them with another email. I then got a reply saying I had to make payment. This is not a problem I've asked they send a paypal link so I can organise this. I've had no response to this as of yet but i'm sure i'll have to prompt again. Makes me wonder if they even have any products to sell.
I've also asked them to remove the option of purchase orders from their check out screen as it is misleading.
I've only used this website for a colleague, however I will avoid it using it again and It is definitely not easy to use and has caused me more time than it is worth.
