Order took many weeks to get here, once here it was not as advertised, polyester! I have emailed this company many times about returning the item and having a full refund but I am not getting anywhere, I was under the impression that it was a uk based company but it is from China, please do not order from jess marcy!

Would give it one star!!! Asked for a refund on an item I haven't received, they refused to refund me. It's got a flash website, but there are no clothes to be had. Buyer beware.
So, to update my previous review. I emailed requesting full refund , postage paid. I’m sure it was AI on some replies. They began offering 20% refund and I keep the polyester dress. I refused and stuck to my guns. Some emails they agreed to pay full postage, which incidentally would have cost £27 , but when I clarified it the refused again. Many emails to and fro later they weren’t backing down but we settled on 50% refund and I keep a dress that would fit a stick insect.
Chinese scam, dress looks nothing like the picture, poor quality and stinks. Tried to contact them for refund but no response. 1 star is too much for this scammers. Do not buy anything from them!
