I purchased a necklace in the shop in London. They said they would charge me in dollars and immediately refund me the shipping charge added to the dollar pricing.
They did not refund the shipping charge. I have emailed them twice and filed a dispute with my citi card. Citi settled the dispute in their favor (amazingly bad customer service) and I will have to appeal this.

I believe this is a fake site. I placed an order before Christmas and haven’t received it nor had any response to my emails. I also tried to call the number of the “shop” supposedly in London and the phone rings and no-one responds.I wonder if it is linked to a similar site in France as although a different name their website looks similar! Buyer beware - I will be contacting my bank/ consumer advice. Low lifes! Preying on people at Christmas!
