Always a wonderful experience at the JessaKae store 💜💜💜 I bought my daughter in law a birthday dress!

Found a beautiful sunflower dress that is everything I could want for their garden ball!
The staff is so sweet and helpful, I love everything about this place!

This was my first experience with JessaKae Dresses. Before driving all the way to the store, I read reviews and there were Several that said that the dresses were poorly made. When I asked the sales girl about those reviews, she said that there is another vendor with the same name and poor reviews are getting mixed in with the Utah-based JessaKae’s reviews. The sales girl was so helpful and kind, and my event was extra close, so I decided to take a chance and still by address that was nearly $200. I wore the dress for a few hours to my event and when I just took it out of the closet to show my friend, I noticed that the fabric was coming apart. I drove all the way back into the store and when I showed the fabric to the sales clerk, she told me they do not give exchanges. I am not trying to be unreasonable and demand my money back because I did get to wear it to my event, but the fabric is clearly of poor quality or else it would not have unraveled like it did . I asked if I could get another of the same dress or even a store credit for a different dress and she told me they do not do that even if the product is defective. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. 0/10, would not recommend!

Omg, this store has the most beautiful, unique, quality dresses! I want them all!!

My boyfriend and I decided on a Sunday to elope in two Mondays!! I called to see if I could come with my mom and friends on Tuesday but they would be closed by the time we could get there, I was devastated. Shortly after hanging up I got a call and they made it possible for us to come the next morning before opening and before I flew out that afternoon!!! When we got there they helped us pull all the dresses and sizes and an hour later we had the PERFECT dress for my elopement!!! Best experience ever!!!!

My daughter called to come in to look for a dress to elope in a week. They were going to be closed before w expulsion get there and she was leaving the next day!!! They opened early the next morning so we could come in before opening and before she flew out and an hour later she had her dress and I had two for myself!!! What amazing customer service!!!! And the quality of the dresses are amazing!!!

Shelbi was super helpful and kind. She did such a great job helping me figure out what size to get. Thanks for providing such a beautiful location to find such beautiful modest dresses!!! I love them!

However, when I came to the store, there were so many other options that I loved. They were so kind to bring me all the dresses that I wanted to try on until I finally found the one. They were so kind and willing to make conversation. This was the perfect experience.
