I placed two orders and ended up throwing both away (over £180 wasted), despite trying to convince myself the quality was acceptable.

I only placed the second order to complete the first, thinking it would be cheaper than starting over and that I could tolerate the flaws. I was wrong.

Tiles arrived with faded colours, no adhesive on one, and misaligned patterns.

Paid a premium, received poor quality. Found better tiles elsewhere for a fraction of the price.

I was nervous ordering from Canada but I did my research, particularly around quality of product and printing. Picking an intricate pattern meant risk of the pattern stretching and not lining up but it did perfectly. It was also easy for one person to do the job. Will definitely recommend.

A great website and company with lots of unique designs. I was looking for vinyl that was super high quality whilst also having designs that would match my current bathroom. The pricing of Jes Rose is also very competitive. Overall, a great company with hundreds of designs to choose from. Would recommend ordering a sample to try before you buy :)

More than one more later,I still didn't receive a simple sample.

Samples are available and it is explained clearly that the colours may not be replicated exactly as shown online so it's highly recommended to test the suitability before ordering by using samples.
It is also explained that the manufacturing processes involved means that it may be a while before you receive your order
The first tiles that i ordered were the correct design but a different colour to the ones I had ordered. They were very prompt and efficient in handling the mixup and as the colour complemented the correct colour I decided to keep them and was given a generous discount .
The tiles and vinyl wrap that i have purchased are very good quality and the colours are especially vibrant on the vinyl
The website has comprehensive videos and written instructions for guidance
Altogether a smooth and enjoyable experience with only 1 slight quibble and 1 technical point
I have ordered different amounts of tiles and there only appears to be one size of box so a smaller number will move around during delivery although there has been no damage
The tiles seem to need careful preparation of the surface before applying as I have needed to use adhesive on several occasions to make sure they stay attached. This is also mentioned on the website
Overall excellent products at reasonable prices with friendly and helpful service, always bearing in mind Peel and Stick isn't a magic bullet

Absolutely lovely product. I've had my eye on the peel and stick tiles for quite a long time and was finally able to purchase some for a home product.
The quality is fantastic and all the instructional videos and tips on the website really helped.
Delivery was swift and items were safely packed.

Feeling disappointed. We were looking for some nice vinyl floor tiles for the bathroom. The website is great & nice choice of colours & patterns. Ordered 3 sample tiles & read the info about print run days and delivery lead times so was not expecting them to arrive quickly. That said, it took 3 weeks to receive 3 half tile samples, which did feel like too long. They also don’t look much like the online pictures, and are sadly not the quality I was expecting. Glad I didn’t place a full order, at least only wasted £16.

Lovely tiles but it took over two weeks for delivery and it was just samples. I would have made an order but need them within a tight timescale now and they wouldn't be delivered in time.

Great communication and lovely quality printed tile. It would be great for a small area. Its cushioned, warm feel on the feet would be great for a bathroom.
I need a large area covering and this product is too expensive to do that so I have only had the sample! I can tell from the sample that it is a great quality product which, appears to be east to fit and cut.

Excellent customer service even for just ordering sample swatches.

Writing this review after 5 years because if that doesn’t show good quality, I don’t know what else will! I bought some vinyl from Jes Ros Vinyl to renovate my stairs and 5 years later it’s still good as new. It was really easy to apply at the time and looks so good, we always get compliments on it. If we need more vinyl in the future this where we’ll go.

I absolutely adore my Jesrose window vinyl. I have had it up for almost three years now and it still looks as good as it did the day I put it up!
I have several cats and two messy, nosy kids who like to stand in the window and peek above the vinyl. The cats are equally as nosy and like to get involved with the window peeking too. There is absolutely no peeling anywhere, and it has really been put through its paces. Gives us so much more privacy while still looking cute!
Customer service was lightning fast when helping me solve a mix up in sample ordering. Would highly recommend!

The samples I ordered took a long time to arrive, as did the tiles. When they did get to me two were unusable as the print was flawed. My complaint was dealt with quickly, however the replacement tiles then took almost 3 weeks to arrive, thus dragging the project out. Not what I expected given the cost of the tiles. I have used the tiles on a wall and note they are already coming unstuck in areas. Rectifiable with spray adhesive, but not good for the elevated cost

Hi,
I'm hoping I can get a response from this business by posting this review. I have emailed twice in the past few days with no answer and tried Instagram as well but got an automated response there saying they don't monitor their DMs and to try email.
I ordered 3 tiles on 21st July and received an email on 1st August telling me that my order was ready to be dispatched. I was told to expect a follow up email with details from the courier. That was 10 days ago and I haven't heard a peep since. Can someone please follow up with me and let me know what is happening? Even if my emails have ended up in the junk mail, I should have received my tiles by now or at least had contact to explain the delay.

I used jesrose vinyl to wrap my military kitchen and it looks incredible!

Using the website to choose my custom colour was so easy and was delivered really quickly. Wrapping the kitchen was made a lot easier as I referred to videos from their pages to help, the company were also very helpful if I had any questions! After two days my kitchen was transformed, I highly recommend this company

Couldn’t rate this company more- beautiful and great quality vinyl with such gorgeous prints! Love them - I just keep coming back! Great way to transform the look of furniture, splashbacks, any surfaces! And makes people smile :-)

I had ordered a few samples as I wanted to cover our cooker hob splashback. Decided which one we liked best and ordered the size we needed. It arrived quickly and we were really excited to cover the old splashback. It was easier with 2 of us doing it, one smoothing it on and one holding the roll and letting it out gradually. I have used their vinyl products a few times now! As a renter it's important for me to be able to make my home feel more like me, without any permanent changes! Very reasonably priced, high quality and always quick delivery. Will 100% be using time and time again.
