I had a positive experience overall…
I had a positive experience overall with them. Their website was easy to navigate and packed with helpful information about the plants, which made choosing the right one.
Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my order, and I received a different variety of the plant I purchased. However, the nursery was quick to rectify the situation and delivered the correct plant promptly.
While there was a bump in the road, I would still recommend them. Their customer service was friendly and efficient, and their website is a valuable resource for plant enthusiasts.
