The shipping experience was not good
The shipping experience was not good. The product took much longer than it should’ve to be received by me however, once I receive the shoes, it was like heaven those shoes are the most comfortable shoes. I’m a Birkenstock woman but I have to tell you I loveI love my new favorite shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve had in a long time. I have plantar fasciitis and I truly recommend those shoes for anyone that suffers with that I will be buying my second pair very shortly.

BAD NEWS
BAD NEWS, JS Clogs Arrived with a stain/discoloration/ imperfection on the top toe area of the right foot side.
Fit was spot on, $130 dollars for inside the house slippers is a waste of money. We wont be buying anything from JS in the future we learned our lesson.

Great craftmanship
I got my clogs ahead of the time they stated. Tried them on as soon as I opened the box and they were VERY comfortable. Sounds silly, but I loved the smell of the leather. I love Isreal and was glad to purchase these from them. Great price considering they are handmade. I would buy these again. Nice to have another choice over China's stuff.

I have purchased several products from Jerusalem sandals and they are very good quality. They are very comfortable. I can walk in each pair I purchased all day long from the minute I put my foot in them. No breaking in needed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. For the Bashan style specifically, the leather is intentionally split thinner. Because of the way this design is cut and wraps around the foot, we make the leather softer and more flexible so it feels smooth against the toes and helps prevent rubbing or blisters during wear.
Even though the leather may feel lighter compared to some of our other styles, this does not affect the durability or overall quality of the sandal. The Bashan is made with the same full-grain leather and craftsmanship as the rest of our collection, and it is designed to last for many years.
