My order was lost due to USPS. I contacted Jersey d'Or about not receiving the shirt I had ordered. They immediately sent out a new shirt to me without hesitation. Their customer service is excellent.

Good communication, the jersey I ordered was not delivered so I contacted the company and they resolved the issue by sending another jersey- I just had to pay the shipping! Quick and timely responses. Jersey fit good!

Quality is great especially for the prices. They ended up sending me a wrong jersey in one of my orders but quickly responded to my email and sent the right jersey while letting me keep the wrong one. Great service, great jerseys, highly recommend.

I had originally ordered a Portugal 2025/26 jersey set for my son for Christmas and experienced some shipping delays which the company kept me updated and informed about. Upon arrival, the item was damaged and they agreed to allow me to keep the existing product and replaced it with a brand new one at no cost! So far, customer service has been very helpful!

Ordered a shirt for my Son on 8th January. On the 14th January tracking stated order delivered 2 hours ago. Order has not been delivered. I emailed Jersey d'Or who replied on the 17th saying we will look into your order and get back to you. I have not heard back from them. Going to contact my bank to organise a chargeback.

Yeah I so happy that I had quick respond from the jersey d or I email them ask where my order is and give my order number they gave me a quick respond they email me let me know when my delivery was told me my date and with delivery company who it was that why gave them 5 they give me a quick respond and they supported me with my enquiry I want thank you for all your support

So I ordered a jersey for a friend for Christmas got him the wrong size and I contacted Jersey d and they help me replace it with the correct size for free and they let me keep the old jersey wow good stuff

Not the real deal, beware!
Sizing is not accurate to western body types, I bought an XL and it runs one size smaller. The delivery timelines are not accurate. Items ship from Asia, which is not explicitly stated when buying product and overall the buying experience is misleading. The item arrived over a week late.
Customers do not clearly understand that these goods are not authentic and are “ok”replicas at best, this probably explains why the sizing is not the same as the official Jersey which I own in the home (vs. away) color.
I did receive the jersey, however would not recommend since it’s fake, not true to size and delivery was not as specified. Use caution if buying here.

The jersey that I ordered had a small quality issue, however, I emailed Jersey d'Or and they made it right with zero hesitation!! You can't ask for a better service than that!!

Was a better experience once I got support involved. Hopefully order is shipping today as expected. I would have preferred to exchange the shirt that did not fit back but the alternative of getting a free shirt that my grandson could wear was the best fix. Will see how long this takes to arrive.

Wrong size came and issue was resolved well.
