I came across the site whilst looking for my club's football shirt, Jersey d'Or had a buy 2 get 1 free deal on and the prices were reasonable. Put my order and the shirts were duly delivered in the timescale indicated at the time of order. The shirts were all fine and having worn and washed them are very comfortable. Not sure when I will be back it took me 20 years to get a new shirt (bought my last in 2005).

Jersey just like the one I had in 1990. Happy with it,looks great.

Scammers! Beware, stay clear!

They don't tell you that they are an international outfit and your order will take 14 days to arrive

Original size fit small but without even the slightest bit of hassle not only did they let me keep the original purchase, they sent a size that was more appropriate.

Given false tracking number at first. Took over a month to say they had sent it. Customer service was awful and rude on emails and finally the shirt I ordered was a fake and not a good one. Never again.

I have just received my Chelsea FC home shirt with Estevao 41 printed on the back however I am extremely dissappointed with it as it's about three sizes too small despite ordering my normal size XL!!

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with this company. I received an incorrect-sized jersey and have now sent FOUR separate emails over the past few weeks without a single reply. To make matters worse, I even contacted them via their website chat, where I was told that “someone will reply to your email by the next working day.” That was two weeks ago, and I am still waiting.
The most frustrating part? They somehow had the time to send me an automated email asking for feedback on my “experience” – while completely ignoring the actual problem I’ve been trying to get resolved.
This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. If you value good customer service or expect a company to stand behind its products, I strongly recommend avoiding them.

I found that the tracking system didn’t work at all, but my shirt arrived in good time and I was happy with the quality and the service that the team provided.

Contacted me to say my order was not in stock, offered me to choose an alternative. I requested a refund instead, and never received any reply. Then they sent a random shirt which I hadn't ordered.

These jerseys are knock offs! Badge was wonky, name on the shirt had pink lettering. Customer service is a waste of time as they are rude, hard to get hold of (support email non existant) and delivery took forever after me paying extra for fast delivery (3 weeks). please do not buy from here, you will be sorry!

I’m deeply disappointed and feel completely cheated by Jersey d'Or. I ordered what was advertised as genuine LFC shirts, but what I received were clearly fake knock-offs. They mislead customers by pretending to sell authentic merchandise. I contacted them requesting a refund, but they completely ignored my email — no response, no support. They just took my money and ran. This site is a total rip-off. Stay away!

Bought the new England and Germany kits and used the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer — ended up getting a Spain jersey for free! Shipping to Ireland took just over 2 weeks, but the deal was too good to pass up.

Do not purchase from this company as the items are fake. My husband ordered a Liverpool 24/25 top as it was the only site that had my size and it arrived after two weeks. My husband has a genuine top purchased at the Liverpool store and the comparison is startling. I have emailed the company with photos outlining my evidence of a fake product asking to return for a refund and they have not replied. This company is a scam, avoid at all costs.

Ordered a football top from Jersey d'Or. The tracking number on Shop app was still saying the item hadn't been shipped but my order was showing as fulfilled. I messaged via the website & was sent a Royal Mail tracking number. My order was delivered thar day. Delivery was longer than expected but the customer service was brilliant. Thank you

Shocking Compnay…ordered a football shirt, 10 days ago, they said it had been shipped a week ago. Still no delivery, can’t be tracked and I can’t find a phone number for them..had no reply from my email yesterday, stay away imo, I wish I did

Great company, dealt with my situation and refunded my after a misunderstanding. Quality of shirt is authentic.

I have tried to contact this company with regards to my order. Company not responding to my “live chat” or emails. Have I been scammed?
I have an order number and tracking number but neither are correct when I try to track it.
