Was waiting for a smudge to come back in stock, so I jumped on it. Jellycat is a fun, interactive company. The order comes quickly & the whole experience is easy. I do think they are a tad expensive, but they are so well made & beautiful that I don’t mind.

Order arrived super fast and little girl loves all of her new friends!

I was very disappointed that the card you sent me was BLANK. I spent a lot of time thinking of a message with 70 letters and the card came empty. Very, very disappointing!

I Ordered next day delivery on a Friday paid £9 states on website if ordered Monday to Friday before 2pm arrives next day . It didn’t arrive until the Monday , customer service was terrible . No refund for the delivery . First order and will certainly be my last one .

The absolute best shopping experience! Ordered a last minute personalised puppy jellycat for my Grandaughter. Wasn’t too hopeful of getting it quickly as I could see I’d have to allow a little longer for the personalisation but what a great team you must have as it arrived this morning - less than 2 days after ordering. Royal Mail deserve a shout too as they were so quick. The jellycat is really well packaged too. Cheers!

Absolutely great experience every time. Easy to order and see when items are in stock. The perks as you get higher are brilliant and love the fact you get slightly earlier access. Also my latest experience was prompted by an back in stock notification. Purchased that day and arrived the day after - sooner than even jellycats 48 hour posting rule. Would highly recommend

I have recently bought the Amuseables marshmallows and toilet roll for my daughter for her birthday, they are incredibly cute and I can not wait to give them to her! She has been wanting them a while, but they have been out of stock and I missed the restock of the toilet roll once - they sold out very quickly, so jumped on it when both were in stock.

Do NOT get items personalised.
Horrible lettering that changes a child's name r will appear as n and the r is nothing like the examples on the website. Be aware. Refused refund despite name being illegible and unrecognisable as child's name ( looked like a totally different name - awful) so cannot now give this as a gift and money down the drain . Emailed them and reply from them was dismissive arguing back that the name was as stated and they would not accept that the r is appallingly badly done. Never ever seen lettering as bad on any other personalised item I've bought. Shocking.
For the price of these it's not worth it- so many companies now offer soft toys that look exactly the same and the quality is excellent. I will never buy from jellycat ever again and neither will my friends or family we are all quite appalled at the attitude. Better off buying elsewhere with a more caring company !! Jellycat.com does not care about it's customers at all and the price they charge is not reflected in good customer service or care. Avoid.

I love my Giraffe and it came super fast. It’s so so soft and absolutely adorable!!
