I order a coat 2 months ago at which…

I order a coat 2 months ago at which time they charged my credit card and after many emails with their customer service they tell me that the coat is not available and they will send me a gift card to be used within a month!
I don't want a gift card, I want a refund!

There must be some misunderstanding here.

1- Gift card
If the item can't be shipped very soon, a gift card would be offered by customer service. But it only serves as a token of apology and compensation for the time waiting.

2- Refund
Orders are cancellable and refundable. If you want a refund, we suggest you ask for a cancellation of the order before shipment. Because once the order is shipped, it will be too late to cancel the order.

I waited over a month for the delivery…

JellyBuddy may have done their best to send the correct size. They have been in contact with me to correct my situation. The XXL sizing appears to be a Large + in reality.

It still took a month to deliver the product which in my opinion is excessive.

Ordered jacket with them

Ordered jacket with them. Never got it delivered, moreover my money went God lord only knows where. Why we do not block and catch scam stores that this one? Where is American Cyber Security at? We should find this guys and bring them to trial. Give them 30 to life in prison for lying to people and taking people money. It’s fraud. Very seriously punishable.

Flawed product, flawed customer service

The coat received had a sewing defect that kept you from putting your arm through one of the sleeves. Add to that, the product pictured was described as a 'Vermont original barn jacket'. The coat's length was just to the belt line. A barn jecket typically extends 3-4 inches beyond the belt line. After contacting support I was told that return shipping was expensive and lengthly. The address was in New York state. Was told a refund of $64 was coming on the $74 coat. This amount was then cut by $18.75 for only $46.24- this is an unacceptable return amount on a $74 purchase that was flawed from manufacturer. The whole experience was very poorly handled. Will be contacting better business bureau and making sure this review is posted wherever possible.

Not even worth the 1 star

Not even worth the 1 star. Order #JB113959 I ordered this 2 weeks before Christmas and just recently received only 2 of the 5 products I ordered. Customer Service is no help and just tells me to wait patiently for the rest of my order. I guess I should have read the reviews before seeing this ad on Facebook and going and ordering from them. DO NOT BUY from them!!!!!

I had the same experience as everyone else on the reviews I ordered a aviation leather jacket that was how it was described in medium that is the size I wear even checked there size chart I finely received after many many weeks a vinyl jacket that was to small I should have known better that to order from a unknown company do not ever order from this company

Just don't order... More than likely won't be happy with the amount of time it takes or quality.

My fiance fell in love with the American flag fleece jacket! Finally we get it in the mail a couple months later. And the sleeves are way to short so "when they had to "premake" this" they damn sure didn't make it well. Get it together. Idk how yall have 40k likes on Facebook. People must of did that before they ordered. I got pretty much all my money back but the shipping. So I am pretty happy when it comes to that. Just don't understand a clothing store not being able to make their own items.
Added later: Then they want to say that each item is different in size, that it might not work for some. No, the sleeves were for a kid and me, then the body is atleast XXL or 3x. Don't give excuses. The jacket was poorly made. The way it fit made absolutely no sense. I got my refund for it but like I said for the wait we did and how it came out, I won't order again.

Ordered 11 shirts on Dec

Ordered 11 shirts on Dec. 18th and paid for "expedited" shipping. My order was sent out in 3 shipments. The 1st shipment finally arrived, but the other 2 are still "in transit to next destination" apparently with the local courier that supposedly picked them up after clearing customs in the US on Jan. 12th. I emailed customer service stating I believe my items to be lost or stolen and requested a refund, but as with many many other reviewers, there has been NO response. DO NOT buy from these people they will just steal your money and since they are in China there is nothing we can do.

I ordered a hoodie and a sweater from…

I ordered a hoodie and a sweater from Jellybuddy. They both looked great pictured on their site on a muscular male model. When they arrived... the hooded sweatshirt was just a pullover without the hood (different item than pictured), and the sweater's weave was so loose that it could be seen through. Both were thin, low quality materials and poor craftsmanship. I applied for a refund. I'm currently being given the run around. I am on my fourth email response from them. They will not pay for return shipping (which is in the fine print) and they keep negotiating with partial repayment and discounts on future purchases. I have no interest in keeping these items which are only useful to me as shop rags. I will provide an update when this is all over.

Beware

Beware, you're taking a chance. Ordered over Thanksgiving, 60 days later still no product and no further confirmation with tracking number that I was promised was coming a week from 12/24 when I last had communication that it was being shipped in a week
