If I could give it zero I would. Takes months and months to send anything out then in my experience I didn’t get what I ordered. Contacted them to get replacements and as requested paid to return the items and waited for the correct ones. It’s now nearly a year since the original order and still nothing in spite of promises. I have no goods and they have my money. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!

If there was an option to post zero starts I would. I placed my order worth £40 back in January. It's May now and still nothing. I tried to reach out to their customers support several times over the course of last five months and I received one shabby reply saying that my parcel was potentially lost and that they would work on it. At this point I am convinced that this page simply scams people. Please be careful if you order from them or better please refrain unless you like wasting your money.

Ordered a 'mystery box' for my girlfriend for our anniversary on 1st Jan 2025. Emailed the company a few weeks later when I hadn't received anything. They told me it was in their January edition so they will be shipped in bulk. Waited another few weeks and still the same response. They stopped replying when I requested a refund. It's been 4 months and I've just raised a dispute with my bank.
Scam!
Do not order feom these people. They are trying to say my order has been delivered. They've used the same proof of delivery from a previous order showing as delivered. Sent this to my credit card company and raised a dispute. It seems their website is no longer in use.

Ordered a Sleep Token Mystery box on 5th December 2024 with expectation it would take 5-10 days as the website said.
Got delayed, not a problem, it's Christmas. I emailed them on 29th Decemeber asking for an update, nothing for 2 weeks. They responded saying they've been off for a Christmas shutdown.
Waited another month and then asked for a refund, they have ignored this email.
I've raised a dispute with Natwest.

Items are no show. No response from company.
Ordered items from them almost two months ago, I've tried to get in contact with them via email twice now. I had an email confirmation of my order but nothing since, no dispatch email, no tracking, nothing. It's not the first time I've had an issue with this company either which is a shame because their products are decent, licenced merch in good quality. I tried to check the website today and was shocked to see it's been taken down. Happy to take my money and then do nothing about it I suppose. Such a shame

Ordered a mystery box in November 2024.
The purpose was to give as a gift in December, I was worried about the time of purchase & there not being any expected delivery dates, therefore I emailed the company for confirmation of delivery. I gained a response from Phil. Stating that all boxes were getting ready to be shipped out in the following week. Therefore gave me confidence it would arrive before December. I then emailed in relation to time again, got a response from John stating he appologised, the box I ordered was apparently a “November box” even though I did order in November. In Feb time (4 months later) I wrote a review on here- they responded on here, then emailed me in person, stating they could give me a refund or they will send the purchase when all items have arrived, I didn’t receive that email until later, still no delivery a month afterwards. I felt disgruntled after this email as it seemed confrontational. I have recently emailed 1-2 times, trying to ask for a refund as it has been now nearly 6 months without a delivery, and the team at Jelly Frog now ignore me. £50 order. I wouldn’t waste your time, these guys are also on Instagram, their personal accounts are linked to it. And I am in the frame of mind to share all correspondence with my Instagram (high body of followers, including well known personalities) to ensure nobody else will victim to this scam or these people. They may keep the £50 for my order, but them keeping the £50 has promoted them to lose 100s due to publicity that they cannot be trusted. Seems a very clever business move.

Awful
I have been more than patient with this company, after reading poor reviews regarding delivery, I made sure to read their shipping statements.
I ordered in January so I should have at the very latest received the box by March, they tried the old ‘ must have got lost in the post’ nonsense.
I requested a refund on 18th March, its now 1st of April, no box or refund.
I wouldnt recommend at all, communication is also terrible.
I will be reporting to trading standards, I dont like thieves!
If anyone from jelly frog is reading this REFUND please.
Challenging chargebacks!
Absolutely appalling! Never received my order from December! They stopped replying to emails when I asked for my money back as I got fed up of waiting! So I did a chargeback with the bank and had an immediate email asking me to reverse it and they can send the items. I refused and said they’d had ample opportunity to resolve the issue and had chosen to ignore me. They are now disputing the chargeback with the bank! The audacity of this company to clearly scam so many people and then challenge chargebacks is disgusting!
